I have found the entire experience with Two Bettys wonderful, from the intake process to our relationship with our cleaner who comes in every week and is able to navigate our home and lives with grace and competence. My family and I are thoroughly happy with Two Bettys and glad to know we're supporting a company who supports their employees too!

I’ve had Two Betty’s clean my home for the past 2 years. Their work is excellent and they have been extremely responsive to any concerns I bring. I feel they really care about the work they do and it is reflected in how they care for my home. I give them my highest recommendation!

I was going to use this service but when they quoted me almost 1000.00 for a one time cleaning, that’s outrageous. I read some reviews and after many people saying they cleaned subpar all I have to say is no thanks.

We love Two Betty's. Rachel does an awesome job with our house - especially considering we have three teens and a dog! It is so amazing to come home to a totally clean house, top to bottom. When we first started, I thought it would be nice to have the house clean but it actually changes everything! We do a much better job of keeping the house clean during the in between times than we did before. Our standard has definitely changed - thank goodness. 😁

Two Betty’s is a wonderful cleaning service! Their cleaners are kind, thorough, and use products safe for our family and pets. Their back office staff communicates clearly and proactively. Most importantly they lead the way in providing a living wage and great support for their people.

We started using Two Bettys awhile ago, and the experience has always been beyond brilliant. NOTE: if you look at the negative reviews dealing with staffing, for the most part, they are correct in terms of having to wait to get started and then to find a regular cleaner. When you begin with Two Bettys, a very popular cleaning service with very loyal customers, they will tell you there's a wait of X amount of weeks. When they began with us, we had a few different cleaners, sometimes at different days of the week, until we settled on a regular cleaner (all of whom did a great job). Finally, after a few months (and great communication, always keeping me abreast of issues), they found us a regular cleaner in Tony, with whom we appreciate working. All of the cleaners do a very thorough job, put things back, follow specific instructions if you have them, and leave the place spotless with a note telling you of the day's focus, issues, etc. Yes, in this time of post-pandemic, if you want a cleaning company that immediately assigns you someone at the snap of a finger, good luck finding them--when you do, I imagine they will probably get to your house on a steam-powered unicorn. But if you want a phenomenal company that exists in reality and is dealing with the same staffing issues as... I don't know, the whole planet? and that not only does a great job but pays its staff fairly and treats them with respect, then get on Two Bettys' waiting list now. You'll be glad you did.

Very good, friendly, and thorough cleaners! For my initial clean, three workers worked for two hours to make my place spotless. May be slightly more expensive than other cleaners, but I think it is worth it.

Hiring Two Betty’s has been the best thing I have ever done! They bring such a calm to our chaotic house. More importantly, I know that my money is supporting a green, ethical company that supports our community in incredible ways. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Two Betty’s has been top notch for our busy family. It’s more than a cleaning service. They somehow match you with a Betty (cleaner) that fits your needs an understands your family’s personality so it’s an all around good fit! They pay attention to details, leave my kids action figures in a fun way that my kids look forward to seeing their rooms after Two Betty’s has been here (funny poses like they’re playing together) and they’re always professional. Consistency and communication are super important to us and Two Bettys always delivers! We've been working with them for several years and have always had a great experience. On the very, very rare occasion where we've needed to offer gentle feedback, they've always been kind and responsive. The customer service team is proactive when cleaner schedules change or when cover cleaners are needed, we've never been caught by surprise, ever. I recommend Two Bettys to anyone looking to reliably keep their home fresh and comfortable.

My house has never been so clean. Looking forward to the next time! Thorough, detailed and took care with belongings. With some new health challenges it’s a comfort to know my house is clean and green! No chemical smell or residue.

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with Two Betty's has been so disappointing that I felt compelled to leave one. 1) Communication is terrible. I have called their number multiple times and have not once been able to speak to a real person about my service. I have left multiple voicemails requesting a call back, to no avail. 2) After our first clean, I shared some feedback with my supposed contact, Emily (Two Betty's never communicated to me who my contact would be), about things I'd like to be done differently during the second clean. My guess is that Emily never communicated this to my cleaning team, because the same things were missed during the second clean. 3) After my second clean, I received an email that my two cleaners were no longer with the company, so my services were paused for 3 weeks. I finally just got an email notification (after sending multiple emails that I would like to cancel my service) that I have a new team. I think the cleaning teams themselves are probably just fine, but the management and administration of this business is poor.

As much as I wanted my house to be clean, I also wanted to make sure the workers were being treated well. I am happy to find that possibility in Two Bettys. They always do a great job and are kind and understanding when me and my pup accidentally get home early.

Incredible company. Responsive, timely, exceptional service. You can try to find cheaper cleaning elsewhere but the saying is true, you get what you pay for. And they provide benefits to their cleaners so they can actually LIVE doing this job we appreciate so much. Ask for Tobie if possible (but probably not because she’s the best ever and we all want her). If you can’t get Tobie your house will still be in great hands!!!
