Excellent customer service. A chipmunk met its demise in my dryer vent and Dan was able to squeeze me in between other appointments. He thoroughly cleaned everything and installed a more critter-proof dryer vent. I thought the pricing was very reasonable too.

Communication, knowledge of the job at hand and quality of work performed was excellent. Dan and the Vent Guys did a great job explaining and taking photos of our dryer vent, which was replaced with a more efficient configuration. We ended up booking another appointment for an additional problem. Highly recommend this company.

I was happy I happened on Vent Guys when I needed someone to clean out dryer vents that had become very clogged up. Showed up on time, did the work effectively and how clogged up it had been (and how that affected the performance of my dryer... and also told me when to have the vents cleaned again.....every 2-to-3 years.

Terrific experience with Vent Guys technician Dan. Thought my dryer was partially venting into my house and it was! I now have a firmly reattached and clean dryer vent. No more extra humidity in the basement. It's all good and I was thrilled with Vent Guys service.

The price was high but mostly I felt like they were pressuring me to give a 5 Star google review which seemed intimidating based on how much pressure they were putting on us.

Improved airflow to dryer by removing some of the unnecessary tubing, installed a proper dryer vent cover, cleaned the vent, and gave us a tip on our gutter drains since it was raining so hard. 10/10 would recommend. Nice guy and great service!

Really pleased with their service and quick response! Our dryer had been having issues for a month or so and finally got it fixed, only to have our vent get clogged. Dan came out and quickly found that when our roof was replaced in August, the roofers left on a vent screen. Major code violation / fire hazard!! Dan removed it and then cleaned out the vent. He also recommended we go after the roofers to pay for his bill, and included notes in his invoice. I followed his advice and am happy to report we just got the check from the roofers in the mail! I feel like that was above and beyond customer service and care. He got paid either way, but he still looked out for our interests. Thank You Vent Guys!!
