Great experience! I've used other companies before but I finally found one I'll call back time and time again. Chris, the technician, was wonderful—he even took the time to answer a few questions I had before the cleaning. I loved seeing the before and after photos to show the results. I had loads waiting and my dryers ran like they were brand new—fast, efficient, and no error codes! Thank you, Superheroes! See you next time!

Our technician explained what he was going to do, what he found, and showed us pictures. We are lucky our house didn’t burn down. The vent was completely blocked & broken. The service was great. The technician was very knowledgeable.

The employees that came out were on time, friendly and knowledgeable of their job and what it entails. Also, we were having a burning smell coming from the dryer at our clinic. They went out of their way to show me what the actual problem was. It was not my dryer vent that was clogged, but lint went into the interior dryer compartment which was starting a fire internally. They took picture and explained the issue. Very grateful for their help. This was already starting to burn when we had the dryer going. If it went any longer, we may have had a catastrophe. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this company.

Our dryer vent was full of lint and had pulled away from the opening to the outside. Our tech did a very thorough job of cleaning out the hose and lint trap, and he sealed up the faulty area. Excellent work! I would highly recommend this company

Tony did a great job and was so nice. Appreciated that he let me know when he was about 15 minutes away. He explained what would be done and took pictures so I could see what the inside of the dryer vent looked like before and after. Also cleaned everything up when he was finished. Tony cleared out the dryer vents and all the ducts in our new to us house. He scoped the roof vent we were concerned about for leaks and took videos to show us conditions. Very thorough job. We would definitely recommend this company and especially Tony.

Great service and thorough in their work, just be prepared for them to upsell you until your wallet is empty. It’s absurd. And it’d be fine if the prices for the upgrades were reasonable, but they’re eye-popping price gouging-level upsells.

Troy was so great! He listened to what I was needing, provided me photos of before my dryer vent was cleaned and after, educated me on my machine and what to look for, and was thoughtful and kind. Quick and good service. Took em maybe 40 minutes total to be in and out max. Advised id like my dryer to get cleaned out too and was advised against it saving me some change and then some time. Much appreciated all around for being real bout the situation and not just trying to get more dosh.

They were running late by just about 20 min, but they called well ahead to make sure we were comfortable.
As for cleaning, they did a very good job thorough job.
My experience with them came as a surprise as 7-8 years the company I hired cleaned in 30 min and charged almost twice.

Tony was professional, courteous, prompt and got right to work. He installed a sturdy metal vent for my dryer, cleaned the lint catcher and tidied his work space when he finished. I will call this company again without hesitation. Exceptional!
