The housecleaners, both named, Lana, were excellent. They had a difficult house to clean given a kitchen renovation plus multiple animals. The floors & bathrooms are now spotless! I will ask for them whenever I visit Lakeville. Thank you.

I had professional photos taken Friday morning and the cleaner asked me to check his work when he was ready to go. Some of the cleaning was done well but after finding errors twice and seeing he was all packed up and ready to leave, I let him go. The bathroom upstairs floor was not completely cleaned.The surfaces he cleaned such as the TV and mirror in my bedroom and the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen all left streaks and needed to be redone. The floor downstairs in the kitchen, dining room and living room had to be cleaned again.

Luis said he wiped down all of the wood trim with Murphys wood oil which I supplied but there were areas not touched. I'm upset two people were not sent out and that there was a significant language barrier with no advance notice. He offered to clean the fans but i know he didnt clean the fan in my bedroom as thats where i work from home. I can't give a great review and am disappointed. I do not recommend this service if you are listing your house for sale.

We called Onedesk Cleaning and asked for a next- day cleaning. They called in assistance to meet our needs even though they didn't have availability that day. They came as scheduled and did a great job! Thank you, Onedesk!

I had my parent's home cleaned yesterday.. We have sold the home and it was a move out clean. Guillermina and Reynaldo did a fantastic job. The house hasn't been this clean in 15 years. The attention to detail was spectacular. I would hire Onedesk again!!

Will never use this company again. Frequent cancellations. Leaving me last minute without a cleaner before a major holiday. When they do bother to show up, the cleaning is average at best. For example, scrubbing kitchen counters and not just dusting them is considered a “deep clean” and costs extra. Save your money, go elsewhere!

As a realtor, I've used many different cleaning companies. Onedesk Cleaning is by far my first choice. Great availability, good rates, excellent work cleaning. I recommend them.

We were extremely dissatisfied with the work that was done. It looked like they never showed up. We had an open house coming up and our realtor also said it looked like they never came. It was $300 and I could have done it better myself. They also charged my card multiple times before they said they were going to. They supposedly have a 48 hour satisfaction guarantee but of course their closed on weekend's.

I had used one desk cleaners ( Daniela) for my move out clean. I was not in town to verify. I paid $420 for my move out clean. When I returned to town a week later to check out my condo , the cleaning was very poor quality. There was dirt in drawers and shelves, stains on the floor, white residue and grime in the cooktop. I called and informed the company and they said I would have to pay for a clean if I needed a better job. They would discount 50% on my next clean. I was very disappointed with their customer service and will not be using their service again.

I used onedesk cleaning twice, once when I was putting my house on the market, and again when I moved out. They did an amazing job both times. I've hired other cleaning services over the years, but none of them had the attention to detail and dedicated service that my onedesk cleaners had, and the other services I had used all had cost more.
