Bravo Cleaning has worked for me at several of my properties for almost 10 years now. Doing common area cleaning and all my Turn cleans. I will take them to every company and property I have. Their work is very detailed, and even in emergency "i need this cleaned now" situations that we sometimes have in property management, they were always there. Even if the owners had to show up to do it, they did. I wish I could have them in other states I am in. Best Cleaning Company by far. Extremely Reliable.

My studio is above the Architectural Antiques building in NE Minneapolis. I have 17 feet ceilings and needed a head to toe cleaning. They did a quick turn around and removed about 100 years of dust from windows and ceiling panels and restored the historic nature of the building. It was beyond my expectations. Staff and management were caring and wonderful to work with- they taught me a lot about caring for original wood floors and exposed brick walls.

We performed an emergency window cleaning job for them on a hotel and we Never got paid! We contacted the hotel and the hotel paid them!

I was afforded the opportunity to get to know the owner and many of the associates that are employed with TCGCC because of Covid and the immediate need last June to begin doing disinfection work at some of the largest distribution centers for one of the largest companies in the world. Our company developed a disinfecting regimen that we were able to implement immediately that encompassed over 3 million square feet per day, and through many months, concluding in almost a full year of services. Our services required between 4 and 25 people per day at 8 sites all through the Minneapolis St Paul metro area and were it was key as an essential service provider that they be done on time, efficient, and thorough and TCGCC was our go to provider for personnel that fueled this opportunity. There are many days that we had to pivot without notice, and I always knew that I could count on this partnership to help us. They did, many times over. The owner, Uli Martinez, spent many nights/early morning hours on site with both of our teams to ensure they were fulfilling their responsibilities to us, and by extension, our client. Keep in mind that these services were from 10pm - 6am most days, weekends, and some really disjointed hours during holidays. Never missed a service, and never complained or allowed the staff to remain anything less than upbeat. We had many occasions when we serviced new locations within 12 hours on weekend nights when we received the call, and Uli and his staff were the only ones I entrusted with this task. You need to do business with this company, the integrity and workmanship were on par with some of the best I have ever encountered. Thanks to Uli and his team for always being there for us.

My company just moved a bakery production facility / warehouse and contracted Common Good to do the cleanup. The space had seen much demolition work and 10 years of dirt and grease build up in some areas. CG came in and did a completely awesome job in record time. The main area tile floor looked new, and he quality of work blew us away. These people know what they're doing, are easy to work with and very flexible. A great experience.
