They do a horrible job, they say they will come out and they don't. They say they completed a job, and they haven't. I advise not to use this company.

They did a major landscaping project at our home and they did a great job for a very reasonable price.

We’ve used Shwader’s for multiple landscaping jobs and they’ve always performed great work along with professional service. I would highly recommend them for any job needed.

Completely re-sodded my backyard, and updated my front yard landscaping. Professional, great communication, and updates throughout the process. Referred to numerous friends and neighbors - all have had great experiences as well.

Terrible snow removal service. Do not use under any circumstances. They don’t come until hours or days after the snow falls, then they also destroyed my yard in the process. Between the bad service and free advertisement they make you put up, this is by far the worst company I’ve ever worked with.

This company is second to none!! Even though my snow plowing contract ended May 31st, they sent a text saying because of the magnitude of the expected storm they will be clearing for us on April 3rd. Who goes above and beyond like that these days???? Shwaders does, that's who!!
    Thank you Shwaders team!

Very unprofessional communication skills and they do not take accountability for mistakes. I am disappointed with the service and will never use them again.

Absolutely terrible business. This company has a HUGE contract with my HOA and their snow plowing is an absolute joke. They have never not once this year plowed any driveway or visitor parking area. Im making it my personal priority to see that this company is fired. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Schwaders plowed our townhome association lot during the huge April snowstorm. I was shoveling my car out until 8 the night before and didn’t have any damage on my car. My car was sitting in our assigned parking spot. They plowed that night and when I went out the next morning at 8AM my car had a huge dent in the shape of a plow blade, broken bumper and tail light. The pieces were all on the ground, and the car repair man said it was definitely a plow that hit my car. The driver denied it even though neighbors saw him speeding up and down the parking lot recklessly. The company is not accepting responsibility, and my husband and I are extremely disappointed as we have to pay for it although we had nothing to do with the damage. The cost of the damage is over $1800, and I have to get a rental car for a week. It’s just not right! I would not hire them.

This service is terrible… they do not show up until late in the afternoon and they do a poor job. I usually have to clear my own driveway even though I pay for the service. Such poor service repeatedly. See many other bad reviews on yelp it’s the same story. My wife found them. We will cancel the service for sure. Poor excuse for a snow removal service.

So glad Schwaders does my snow removal. They are the champs! I thoroughly researched companies before hiring them several years ago. I love that they not only do the driveway but also take care of the snow mountain at the bottom of the driveway left by city snow plowers.

Keep up the great work and your incredible service!

Deserved a negative rating. Hired them because I’m a 71 year old man with a heart condition. During the recent( 16+” ) worst snow storm of the 21st century, they didn’t show up at all. They don’t reply to emails. Firing them doesn’t work because you have to prepay for the entire season, and they don’t refund for canceled service. Great business model if you can sustain it.

First snowfall this year: did not arrive until noon. Left big piles of snow in the street after they finished. I don't even use this company. Two of my neighbors have hired them. One neighbor who's a bit older had to shovel out the end of her driveway herself because they hadn't arrived in time for her to go anywhere.

I have a 1.5 car driveway and they always do a terrible job. They came from the snowfall yesterday and they didn’t plow half of the space . Keep in mind there was plenty of space . My neighbors house was plowed fine but mine has plenty of snow and slush. The reason we pay for this service is so that we don’t have to shovel my driveway and I am still having to shovel. So far no good

I LOVE Shwaders. I use them for fertilizing and tractor snow removal! Always does a great job. I just called and left a message about a lawn issue and Derrick called me back and was so knowledgeable and helped me. I felt very confident in our conversation and his opinion. I highly recommend them.

Schwader's offers good service for a comparatively great price. While at one point I had a disagreement with their office about a billing practice, that was ultimately resolved with a personal call from the owner, Wade. He was prompt and professional, so if you have an issue, my suggestion is to call and ask to speak with their leadership.

They are as they advertise. They show up when it snows at least a certain amount and will come back to clean things up if something is missed.

This company is still in business? Not sure why. We have about 20 homes in our association and we are lucky if they get to us until 12-14 hours have passed on snowfall. One of the worst companies I’ve ever felt with. Grass service about the same. Crappy service. I couldn’t recommend them to anyone. I’m sure they will not get our award after this year. Your company should be ashamed to take money one year with little to no service and then the next year when service is needed you don’t show up.
Give up your business. Rating 0 out of 10.
