Poor communication. Showed up on time for consultation and quick to get me to make a decision on treatments. Several weeks without any communication and suddenly received an invoice that my tree was treated. No signs of treatment other than a tag nailed to the tree. Was skeptical but paid anyways. Fast forward to spring and any landscaping within 20’ was dead except for some random Sumac. Contacted them and they looked at it same day and were also surprised at the issue with dead and stunted plants/bushes. Said they’d take soil samples to “prove it wasn’t their treatment”. It’s been two months and they e never been back. $1300 later I’m left with a tree that was maybe treated and $400 in dead plants.

Fantastic experience with Vineland Tree Care, from start to finish. Arborist who came to evaluate and give estimate was very-well educated and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Estimate was much more reasonable than a competitor who advertises heavily. Crew that took the tree down was friendly, professional and well-qualified for the task. They removed a large tree that was very close to our home, very carefully and smoothly, and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Highly recommend Vineland, will not hesitate to use again.

I had storm damage. Troy was out immediately to assess the damage and had a crew to my house within hours. Saved both trees! I have worked with Vineland for 20 years! Highly recommend them.

I would recommend Vineland tree care to absolutely anyone. The crew did a great job of carefully taking down a large pine tree in my backyard. They did an excellent job of cleanup and the crew was very cordial and pleasant during the entire time they were here.

Completely satisfied with the Vineland Tree team. We had several trees pruned and a larger tree and stump removed. The job on completed in a timely manner... at a fair price... and the debris was cleaned up very nicely.

Very professional and efficient and my electricity was back on as quickly as possible and I especially want to thank them for that! Great clean up and a lot quieter than I had expected.

Vineland did extensive oak wilt removal for us. Huge trees in difficult to reach locations.
From start to finish, EVERYONE, Taylor, office Cindy and the entire work crew were professional, pleasant, communicative and thorough. Clean up was complete.

Great company. Very prompt in responding to questions. Very knowledgeable about tree care.
They pruned my tree yesterday. There was no rain when they started but there was a downpour the remainder of the time. They cleaned the areas thoroughly. They explained what they were going to do and the reasons why it was needed. Very professional crew.

Rick and I impressed and appreciated the work you all did it was fast and cleaned up like wasn’t even there .

Vineland took down a 75 yr old spruce tree for us. They were amazing every step of the way and we got 4 hours of entertainment watching it come down! 10/10 recommend!!

Our experience with Vineland was fantastic from beginning to end. We bought a house in the winter that came with two very large, very dead trees. At that time, we contacted several tree companies for quotes. Vineland had a great price but better than that, they were flexible with our timeline/situation and very patient - I know nothing about tree removal or the process, and Troy was patient with my millions of questions and was quick to send me information. Their timeline for when they'd be able to come do the work was spot-on, they took care of the scheduling, & provided all details beforehand including the crew's arrival time day of & payment options. They have a smooth office operation which I appreciated. The tree removal itself was perfect, their crew was very kind/helpful, didn't leave anything behind, didn't damage a single thing, and they were efficient in getting two massive trees off our yard (one of which was in a hard to reach location behind our new deck - they still executed their work perfectly). We will use them exclusively in the future for any other tree needs that will pop up. We are so grateful for the work that they did!

I can not say enough positives about my recent experience with Vineland Tree Care . A team of 5 highly motivated, skilled experts trimmed our huge ~150 year old Elm Tree and they diligently trimmed all dead wood out and for this they literally climbed to the most difficult to reach and highest branches - resulting in a most excellent job - same for the cleanup - amazing really. Very impressive work we highly recommend them.

Vineland has been great to work with. The representative that consulted on our tree service needs was prompt, professional, easy to communicate with, and provided good advice about things he would do, and things he wouldn't do, and things we could do in a way that didn't require paying them to do it. So I was very appreciative of the honesty.

The different services we need will be performed in stages, and they have just completed the first item. The technicians that came out were professional, knowledgeable, provided great information and advice, and completed the work thoroughly and neatly, leaving the grounds as nice possible when they left.

I will definitely be using Vineland again for future services based on my experience.

Update: the 2nd stage of work was just completed and to keep this short I will say my experience was consistent as stated above. The crew was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Will happily use Vineland again!

Vineland is a wonderful company to work with. The certified arborist I met with was smart, explained things very well, and left time for plenty of questions. I learned a lot from him! The crew that came out did a great job and left the site super tidy. The cost of the work was very fair.

Nice company, good work. But, let's do better customer service. It would be nice to know ahead of time when the are specifically going to spray the tree. We have pets to keep safe from the chemicals before they dry, and to keep the pets away from the workers for their safety. Also, some kind of acknowledgement on the door or by email/text that they did come by and sprayed would be nice. I had to email after the fact to find out they had been here yesterday, and then they sent the invoice.

Great Experience from beginning end. They were very fair on their costs and even lowered the price in the end because the job took less time than anticipated. I would highly recommend them!
