Constraction reviews in Minnetonka, Minnesota

We have done a couple of jobs now for ko construction. Man was it phenomenal. They answer every phone call, text back to every text, responded back to every email and paid the invoice as soon as you send it. It was an extraordinary experience to work with them as a company. It’s hard to find people like this company. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs them. The best in my opinion

I have worked with KO as both a customer and a subcontractor! All around great company! Brady and the rest of the staff have great communication and always stick to their word ! Very professional! Would absolutely recommend to them any customer or any contractor looking for work !

My company Signquick has enjoyed doing business with KO Construction over the years. Our unit number plaques are used in their facilities all over the country. They have been a great customer to deal with.

We worked with Elijah and the KO Construction team on their Kings Mtn, NC storage project.
Everyone we dealt with was professional and highly skilled at their jobs.
We can confidently recommend KO Construction without reservation.

Working with Elijah at KO storage on their elevator needs was a great experience. We were provided with easy access and timely answers to information required. The newly remodeled storage facility is first rate. We hope to work with KO storage and Elijah again in the future.

KO Construction has been fantastic to work with. They communicate efficiently and effectively and we look forward to continuing to build our business relationship with them.

Ben reached out requesting aerial photos and videos of one of their sites. The entire process was a breeze! They responded promptly and gave clear indication on what exactly they needed. Communication was top-notch and payment was provided within 24 hours of deliverables being sent. Looking forward to working with Ben and his team at KO Construction in the future!

We were contracted to install bollards at a KO Storage facility in Farmington, MO. Our experience with this company was great. They paid promptly, and were even willing to pay half down before work commenced. Communication was excellent as well. We'd be happy to work for them again.

We have done projects with KO Construction in 4 states now as a supplier of metal and doors. We look forward to many more projects together. The team they have assembled is eager to get the projects done correctly, on time and on budget. Highly recommend them if you need a new site built, to add on to an existing or convert a building to storage.

It was more than a pleasure working with KO!
Their team is very professional and communicative throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this to company to anyone who is needing commercial construction completed or needing their belongings stored safely. KO for the win!

I've been doing business with KO for a couple years now and they are without a doubt the best storage solution management company in the area. Friendly staff and tons of storage options across the whole nation! Every one of their locations has top of the line security systems in place to keep would-be thieves out. I only store my belongings with KO and you should too!

Ben and his team was very supportive in the process with everything we needed while we were there.. I meet some of the team members that support this facility and I can tell they care about their facilities being in Top condition. Ben even stated he didn’t just wanted to hire anyone to come cleanup this Facility he wanted to make sure we can bring our A game to the table..
Thanks Ben and the KO Storage team for running a great Company…

KO Construction is a top notch company to work with. Brady and his team were very professional and a pleasure to work along side. The scope of the projects were laid out to perfection and the jobs were a success due to the smooth operations of KO Construction. We highly recommend KO Construction LLC.

We provided civil construction for KO Construction on a large expansion project in East Texas. Our company has found KO Construction to be very well managed and organized. We worked closely with Project Manager Matt P. and Project Coordinator Fahim A. that were also very responsive during communication. We look forward to possible future work with this organization in the future.

Very unhappy with their work, disrupting peace in the neighborhood, tracking mud onto the streets. Does not respond to complaints.

KO Construction constructs exceptionally well-built units, ensuring right-first-time results across entire properties. We collaborate with them for post-construction cleaning across multiple locations. Their team excels in communication, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail. They respond promptly and accurately, making collaboration seamless. We look forward to working on many future projects as they continue to grow and expand. Highly recommended.

We have been working with KO Construction for many years all across the country. Brady and his team are very professional with great communication. We feel like they value our outside opinion and are easy to work with. We wish more companies operated this way. We would highly recommend them for any projects you have.

We have been working with KO Construction on multiple projects over the last couple of years. Every time that we work with them I have to say that they are one of the most prompt, and professional organizations that we have had the pleasure of doing business! Clear direction, fast reply, and quality work, as well as the expectation of quality work being delivered by us to them and their clients... We look forward to working with KO Construction in the future!

KO Construction is a sub-friendly contractor. They pay promptly including retainage and allow for advance payment to get the job started. They planned ahead, gave us a heads-up of when they would need us, and worked with us on the timing of the task. I considered our relationship with them to be a team effort and would happily work with them again.

This group was amazing to work with. Fahim and Matt in particular. Their communication was over the top and very helpful in times of need even after hours. CKT Concrete looks forward to working with these guys again.
