Constraction reviews in Minnetonka, Minnesota

Honest and supportive staff will see you thru the grit and grind of getting a new roof. Nothing can stop them from getting things done and I am so grateful for these guys. Jackson you are the best.

Jaymen and his staff members are great .
They came out did the inspection, guide me throughout the process.
Once I connect them to my insurance agent: they took a lead , took a lot out of my plate . Make my life Easier.

Probably one of the best service I ever received.
I’m glad I work with them and highly recommend.

Norstar Construction was great to work with. My new roof and gutters look amazing. Great experience and would definitely recommend. Thanks to Jayman and his team.

From day 1 when I met Jaymen he was a pleasure to work with. At his younger age he is very experienced and knowledgable in construction. How he worked with my insurance company was extremely professional, he exceeded my expectations. He was very open and transparent through the entire process and never over promised anything. He was never late, stuck to his word, and always got back to me quickly when I had any questions. I would highly recommend working with Norstar Construction !!

Jaymen was great to work with. He kept me well informed on what was happening and helped me navigate my insurance claim with a less than desirable insurance company. I would highly recommend Norstar.

We recently had hail damage to our roof. Jaymen came to our house, introduced himself and ended up handling the entire process of a roof/shingle replacement as well as gutter guards. He was extremely quick to respond to any and all questions we had. He even responded to our texts on Saturdays and Sundays! He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. From the time we signed a contract, his crew was able to perform the work in less than a week.

In the future, should the need arise, Jaymen/Norstar will be the first folks we call.

Am very satisfied with the quality of work and service I received. Very professional, started the insurance claim, kept me in the loop of when the job would start and finish. I needed them to come back to look at something, they were out the next day. Great service, highly recommend this company for roofing.

Norstar did a great job accessing my home for hail damage and was super helpful with the process. They were able to complete my project in one day and had amazing customer service and support throughout. Riley was especially helpful and knowledgeable. He should be promoted on the spot and given a raise.

These guys were great! My roof looks amazing! They even were able to give me an upgraded shingle that is thicker than the standard. Tyler helped walk me through everything with the insurance agent. He also answered all of my questions and concerns regarding my home owners insurance deductible.Tyler and his company Norstar construction were there every step of the way to help me feel at ease. I was honestly more comfortable speaking with him than the insurance adjuster! 5 stars for these guys!

Norstar did a great job on our roof. The sales personnel were thorough and professional. The crew that removed the old shingles and put on new ones did a great job. We are very happy all the way around. Two of our neighbors also used them and recommended them to us. We recommend them as well. Dan McGuiness

Jaymen was a delight to work with. He helped me navigate a difficult situation with my insurance coverage, and offered me the best price! The replacement of my roof, siding on the back of my house and gutters after a major hailstorm was completed in a very timely manner and the workmanship was great.

Jaymen and his crew are an amazing team to work with. Very professional, great communication and did a great job on my roof. Highly recommend Norstar for your roofing needs!

Norstar Construction was great to work with after hail damaged my roof. They came out the same day I contacted them to inspect the roof. They explained the whole process in detail and answered any questions I had. The crew was able to come out within a few weeks and did a great job on the roof and completed it in one day. They cleaned up everything as well. Great experience and would definitely recommend. Thanks to Jayman and his team for everything!

Could not be happier with the work Norstar Construction completed at my home. They replaced our roof as well as added gutter guards. Jaymen was quick to visit our home for an inspection, and he also provided a quote same day. Norstar met with and worked with our insurance company and I did not have to get involved at all. The team that worked on the roof was fast and the quality looks great. Clean up after the work was as good as I could have ever hoped. Same review for the gutter guards. Great team, fast, everything looks perfect for quality. I am picky with lines and things matching up and everything looks fantastic. Highly recommend working with Norstar Construction.

Norstar was extremely helpful with the first time I've done a claim with a damaged roof. All my questions were answered promptly, and so far it's been a painless process. The crew arrived on time, and were very quick on repairing my house/garage. The quality looks great, and the clean up was spot on. My neighbor's have already provided compliments.

I will recommend their services to my family and friends for future work. They already know the quality of work with the pictures that I've shared with them. Thanks again for a job well done!

Jaymen at Norstar is the best roofer I had the pleasure working with and will refer him to anyone I know that needs a roof. A few local companies I do business with never returned a phone call or got back to me and that’s when I choose Jaymen at Norstar. Jaymen is very intelligent, business savvy, knows his way around the insurance companies and makes the process very easy while keeping you updated from start to finish. If you blink your eyes your roof will already be done. We met on a Monday and picked the color out, he said let’s get this done so his crew was here Tuesday morning and wrapped everything up by Tuesday at 5pm. Aside from the quick process the quality was superb. Highly recommend this company out of Minnesota than any local company in the Chippewa valley!

The team at Norstar was great. They really mean it when they say they’re the fastest in the industry. They got me a quote and had the roof installed before any of the other companies I called got me an estimate.

12/10 recommend

Highly recommend Norstar! Jaymen is professional, prompt, and goes above and beyond. His crew showed up on time and handled the job with impressive quality and efficiency. Great experience all around!

Excellent design team. Honest, hard working staff.

A great builder! We hope they'll use us for their sign and banner printing in the future.

Great communication and great company to work with! They make it a point to make sure details are given and follow up quickly.
