I had the pleasure of working with this team over the past month and wanted to take a moment to say thank you. What an amazing group.

From the start, I worked closely with Chris O, and he was fantastic. His customer-centric approach was refreshing and made the entire process so much easier. Having just moved to MN and going through this process for the first time, we had a lot of questions and were a bit nervous. Chris ensured we understood every step, and if something wasn’t clear, he was always quick to respond—whether by email, text, or even stopping by in person. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen someone as responsive as Chris. When we hit issues with the insurance company, the Summit team stepped in immediately and handled everything, ultimately getting our entire roof replaced. We’re incredibly grateful—thank you.

I was referred to Summit by my mom, who has a much bigger and steeper roof than I do. Mom's roof was done in a day and, since I've never needed roof work done, I called Summit Construction and couldn't be happier with the results! In short, Summit Construction walked me through everything from insurance claim submission to the actual build, finished my St Paul roofs (both my home and garage) in a day, and cleaned up all the mess exceptionally well and I'm happy to write a good review for them.

This was also the first time I made an HOI claim. I worked with a sales guy from Summit named Jeremy and he made the process very easy. Jeremy compiled pictures for my insurance company (Kemper, who recently left MN), had some back and forth with them about roofing details I'm not familiar with, and even stepped in when there was a communication problem with Kemper part was through the process. Jeremy made everything easy on the front end... But the paperwork was only half the experience.

From a construction standpoint, a supervisor named Ryan brought a crew over bright and early on a Monday morning. Honestly, we forgot about the roof work and were sleeping until the crew rang our doorbell at 6:30. By the time we made it downstairs to the front door, the crew was already on the roof ripping off shingles! I'm in Saint Paul with close neighbors, boulevard trees, etc so these guys had to carry the materials up by hand. I'm very impressed with their work ethic not only throughout the day but even at the end, when they cleaned up the debris very well! We haven't found a single nail in our yard yet, which I appreciate. No leaks & no problems - the crew made it very easy.

Again, I'm in St Paul and this is the first roof work I've had done... But I have a lot of neighbors who've had roofs replaced recently and a lot of them are impressed with how fast ours was completed! My next door neighbor's roof took 2 days (he also got his garage & house roof done, which are similar sizes to mine) and the guy across the street took a week (granted I'm pretty sure he has different shingles than us, as I have the standard shingles and his may be the more expensive shingles).

In the end, roof work is major construction. It's loud & tough work that impacted my work-from-home schedule... So I really appreciate that Summit got the job done in a day. Both roofs look great and I couldn't be happier with how easy the whole process is. Everyone I talked to at Summit was nice, engaged, and just wanted to provide a good experience and I'm happy to refer them to anyone who needs a new roof.

I echo what others have said - working with Summit made my recent roof replacement after the Minnetonka hail storm a breeze. Matt Nelson was like a friend through the process and helped navigate everything so that I didn’t have to deal with any stress or hassle with the insurance company. My new, beautiful roof was installed in a single day and I didn’t find any stray nails or other construction debris. Five stars for sure!

Summit Construction Group did a great job on the new roof for our commercial building. From the first walkthrough to the final cleanup, they were solid. Easy to work with, stayed on schedule, and kept everything clean and professional.

They installed a GAF 60 Mil TPO Rhinobond system and took care of everything — permits, tear off, cleanup, you name it. It was clear the crew took pride in their work.

It was one of those projects that went exactly how you hope it will. No surprises, no chasing people down, just quality work from a team that knows what they are doing.

My name is Jeff silver my agent was Brandon Thomas From summit construction. I cannot start to say how tremendous this guy is. After a hailstorm the insurance company said there was only a couple hundred dollars in damage to my 20 plus year old roof. Mr
Brandon Thomas told me he saw something damaged and I was entitled to a new roof. I hired him and much to my amazement he got me a new 29,000.00 roof at a cost of my deductible. A fraction of my cost. HE did something similar for a close friend who recommended Mr. Thomas to me. HIRE HIM! YOU EILL BE HAPPY.

Our neighborhood was hit with a hail storm last fall and after talking with some neighbors, we called Summit Construction to come take a look at our roof. Shortly, the process was underway. The Project Manager was helpful and guided us along the process from initial appointment, to install and completion of project. We had a new roof in 3 or 4 weeks. The guys doing the install were fast and friendly, the Project Manager was on site to help facilitate the process. Overall, great service, fast and friendly.

Alex was so helpful in dealing with all the hard stuff(paperwork). He was so helpful throughout the entire process. Jeff Rozman of Summit Construction Group was a tremendous help during a very stressful time. Our home was damaged during a violent hail storm. This was our very first home owners insurance claim. Jeff was knowledgeable, a great communicator and knew exactly what steps to take. Most of all, he listened to our concerns and acted appropriately. Summit's crew did an outstanding job replacing our roof and skylight. We are so pleased with the outcome.

I can't say enough good things about Summit Construction Group. They were very professional, did outstanding work, hit their schedule and came up with creative ways to value engineer the job. Additionally, they brought subcontractors in that were of the same quality and professionalism as the Summit team. Andy was our project lead and he is as good as it gets when it comes to communication, keeping a clean site, being creative, hitting budget and customer service. I'd recommend Andy any day. The owner of the company stopped by the job several times to check on progress and workmanship. Working with Summit was a great experience all around!

I found out I needed a new roof because of hail damage just a couple of weeks before the weather changed. Jeff Rozman at Summit did a great job getting the job done just in the knick of time! He was very responsive and took the time to answer all my questions. The crew did a great job getting the roof on and cleaning up. I highly recommend Jeff and Summit!

Summit Construction Group did an incredible job replacing my roof and siding. The project manager was attentive and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions, and promptly addressing concerns as they came up throughout the project. And what a project it was! Given the age and unique design of my home, nothing about it was simple or straightforward, but the Summit team never got frustrated or discouraged. Every time a new issue cropped up, they buckled down and found a solution.
For example, as you can see in one of the pictures, my roof has unusually large overhangs, and the soffiting angles up (parallel to the roof line rather than being level like most are) so none of the standard soffit products come in a size large enough to have fit. After exploring a few different options, Summit ultimately determined the best solution was to hand-craft each individual soffit section, on-site, using custom vents they ordered to spec -- and they came out great! The craftsmanship is just remarkable. Zoom in on some of the siding pictures, and also checkout the bay window. Their crews are super talented. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the job Summit did. From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with their entire team, and the results speak for themselves.

Summit was fantastic to work with! Our roof had old hail damage and Matt Nelson helped us open a claim with the insurance company in 2024. There was a lot of back and forth for months, where Matt took pictures, got shingle samples, and negotiated with our insurance, but eventually they denied the claim. I guess it was fortunate that we were hit with another big hail storm in September 2025 and Matt was ready to go to bat for us with insurance right away. After the claim was approved, it took mere days for Summit to coordinate a date for the roof replacement. The construction crew worked efficiently and cleaned up nicely. Highly recommend them.

We had hail damage on our roof last summer and wanted to see if we could make an insurance claim. Our next-door neighbor highly recommended Alex from Summit Construction, since they had a great experience with him and the company.

From the very beginning, Alex was prompt and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was seeing and answered all our questions so that we understood the processes as well. He helped us get our claim approved, and worked directly with our insurance agent to make the whole experience stress-free.

He shared a few homes in our area that the roofing company had recently finished so that we could drive by and see the types and colors of shingle options we were interested in. His guidance gave us the confidence that we had made the right choice (and we did).

On the day of construction, their roofing crew took care of the whole job in one day! They were very skilled tradesmen and went out of their way to build temporary structures over our flowers and shrubs to protect them against anything that may fall from the roof. Alex’s constant oversight of the project provided us with a sense of security, and we couldn't be happier with our new, fully-covered roof and decking (wood they added under the shingles).

My wife and I would recommend Alex and Summit if you're in need of repairs. As you can imagine, spending that amount of money and making sure your home is taken care of properly can be stressful, and Alex put our worries to bed.

We had hail damage and struggled with our insurance company to get damage covered. Our contractor Nick gave us 110% of his time to work with our insurance company to get our damage covered. It took over a year but he never gave up. He always made himself available when ever we needed him or had questions. The work Summit did was amazing! They were meticulous with their work. I feel like I have a new home!
