Usually, I politely blow off door to door sales men, however when this young man named Christian showed up on my driveway with his female colleague, I could tell within 5 min he was well spoken. He offered a free inspection and I thought, "what the heck", why not, we know we are selling this place in 3 yrs. Well sure enough he found hail damage from a storm last August that I did not realize was that bad. Christian's follow-up and communication was impressive. He showed up with the insurance inspector and made sure everything was done right. Then when it came time to pay my deductible, I mentioned I wanted to use my credit card for some of it. Since Christian forgot to tell me there was a 3% fee for using a credit card, he shows up and gives me the 3% in cash because he never mentioned that. I was so impressed with his character (which is rare today), I told him to keep his $120 and he has my business. The crew showed up on a Friday at 630 am and were all done by 6:30 pm. I work in corporate and I was so impressed with how their process was seamless to protect the windows and grounds for the mess and then how easy they cleaned up. At the end of the day, people buy from people they trust. Christians ability to gain trust early is what sold this deal. The quality was great as well. I would encourage the owners of Summit to realize how valuable Christian is to bringing in new sales and how his customer service will bring in referrals.
