Prominent Roofing

Prominent was professional from start to finish! Chris Cohen was the project manager and everything went like clockwork. They put the roof on our house in one day with high quality workmanship. Had to have two different companies out to stop the water coming through the roof after Prominent was "done". They're probably great for easy jobs. Anything else they like to spread the blame and not fix their work. It turns out ventilation was not installed properly (once another company fixed it, the problem stopped). They left the customer with the bill after getting paid out. After so many attempts to "fix it" with the original company, your time becomes important enough to contact a second opinion... And get it fixed.

Very satisfied. Had a complete roof replacement after a hail storm, plus other repairs after a tree came down. All work was done well and even ahead of schedule. Working with Colton Saugestad and Charles was a pleasure. First roof replacement, so had questions about the repair and insurance processes. Colton and Charles answered all questions quickly and completely. Company is obviously well-run and organized. No slip-ups with hand-offs between departments. Clearly have an excellent work ethic. What you hope for when working with an unknown company. Would work with them again and would recommend to family and friends. Well done!
