A week ago I wasted 40 minutes attempting to register an Uninterruptible Power Supply (on behalf of a company I work for) on Eaton's website, I know I was doing the steps correctly but while the website would load, whether I backed out and started over, the registration wouldn't go through. I submitted an email request form that Eaton's customer support staff register the device on our behalf after I provided all of the information requested on the actual product registration page. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard back from them at all except for the initial confirmation email requesting permission to send me marketing information.

I tried the same steps again a week later (just today) and it finally worked. I didn't do anything differently, the website just wasn't broken this time. I wouldn't be complaining if Eaton's customer support had responded to me in a manner that was at all approaching timely.

There aren't Google reviews for the whole Eaton corporation so I'm just leaving this review on the local branch.

In spite of his dog running off in a snow storm, Clif drove over and sorted out our wiring problem.

Came out after hours within a few hours of my call. Great response time, and quick professional work.

Seemed alright initially--exchanged messages after a call to set up time for a couple of small electrical projects. Set up time for 9:30 on a Saturday and never showed or followed up.

Very responsive. We had an electrical issue at our new house and they were able to diagnose and fix it quickly. Would certainly work with in the future.

We had a power issue on Sunday in a snow storm. Cliff came same day within 2 hours of our call. Great work, fabulous service. Will definitely use and recommend his service again.

Cliff was terrific! Quoted the job over the phone, showed up when he said he would, explained everything he was doing and went the extra mile to provide excellent service. Would highly recommend Williams Electric!

I am new to the area and Cliff is helping me put in new LED fixtures. Honest as the day is long and can tell you to the penny what any upcoming job will cost. Highly recommend!

So I don't know how I have 123 volts on the "Neutral" of a nema 14-50 receptacle after Advanced Electric was here, but it seems dangerous.

Even though it turns out I did not need an electrician the operator I spoke with took the time to help me out and guided me in the right direction. I was very impressed with getting better customer service than most businesses give, even though I was not a paying customer. Next time I need an electrician there is no question who I will call.

This is by far there best electrical business I've found. They're friendly, professional, and do great work.

If you are looking for a great local electrician these are your guys!!! I had them come out and disconnect some old lighting that ran throughout my backyard, they were on time and answered all my questions. The price was very fair for all the work they did. I have used Advanced Electric for several years. They have done great work at the couple of homes I have owned. Once they came out same day when a tree limb broke off and cut off power to half of our house! The owner Ron is meticulous and knowledgeable. His employees are down to earth and hard workers.
