Tommy's Electric has been my go-to electrician for my older home for years because Tommy and his crew are not only experts at resolving issues, they are on time, easy to schedule and are competitively priced. You get what you pay for with tradesman who know what they are doing and Tommy's Electric is worth every penny! It's also very important to me to support local businesses and Tommy's is owned and operated by Tommy!

Replaced my old fuse box with new circuit breaker and exterior manual cutoff switch. Highly Recommended.

I reached out to Tommy’s Electric since they were highly recommended by neighbors. I planned to switch from a gas stove to an induction stove/oven and needed to make sure my kitchen was set up before the delivery. Their team helped me remotely through pictures and emails and after doing some research on the model of the oven they got back to me quickly and confirmed everything should work well and that I had the correct electrical wiring in place. They penciled me in for a visit post-delivery in case there was any electrical work needed. They followed up via email on the day of the delivery to confirm that everything went smoothly. I appreciated that they spent the time to advise me and didn’t instead come out for an unnecessary visit and charge me as some other companies may have done. I will definitely reach out to Tommy’s Electric in the future for any electrical repairs.

I had Tommy’s Electric out to do a 200 amp service upgrade. Part of the service upgrade involved re-routing the service entrance wiring, which presented some challenges on our older home. Tommy himself came out during the quote process to evaluate options. His quote was competitive with others we received but his willingness to come up with a thoughtful solution was the reason we chose him.

The whole crew that handled the service upgrade was organized, communicative, and professional. Lance and his two apprentices did great work. From the quality of the parts to the workmanship, I could tell they cared about doing a good job. And JD did a fantastic job managing the project and keeping me updated on the schedule. I would absolutely choose Tommy’s again for future electrical jobs.

Tommy and his crew are FANTASTIC!! Tommy and JD made our business aware of a program that we may be eligible for. JD kept us in the loop of the application process and coordinated the scheduling of the project. Kevin and Lucas were the Leads on the project and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. The apprentices also did a good job. Tommy stopped in after the completion of the project to check on the work.

The guys did a great job and were very easy to work with. I upgraded a 150 amp panel to a 200 amp panel at my residence prior to central air installation. Tommy came out before the job to field verify and make sure there were no installation surprises. All work was performed on time with no surprises.

We were introduced to Tommy's Electric by a long time friend and associate. First Tommy's team did a few days of work in our classic, recently purchased Saint Paul loft condo. Everything worked well, from estimation through completed work. They installed some circuits, tracks, outlets, wired and assembled a delicate chandelier, and other misc. work. There was a very slight glitch in one lighting track and the team came back to tweak it right away with no charge.

Next job up, we hosted a five-person crew at our property for 5 days, a major investment for my family and involved radical, invasive rewiring, panel moves, trenching, fully redoing 2 cabins and 2 out buildings. The electricity on the property was a disaster.

Prior to the job, Tommy personally invested a number of meetings over months with me to make sure options were covered, contingencies discussed, creative planning undertaken from his expertise in such areas. We did Zoom calls with me at the property (in the wilderness) and he reviewed survey footage I shot by drone. I'm confident we saved money and preserved lower cost opportunities for future expansion.

I literally cooked for the team for 5 days, got VERY personal attention and they stayed on site. It was a pleasure having them as guests. It was like having family around and friendships were made.

The electrical job was top-notch, impressed our other contractors to the point that they will likely hire Tommy's Electric. While we invested a lot in work that totally needed to be done, it was still a good value, came in at the estimate, and a huge amount of work done. Tommy was transparent about expenses, like the mini excavator- which I paid for directly.

We lost power in half of our house on Halloween. Electricians were very kind and hard working to restore power as fast as possible. Friendly professional and helpful electricians! They even made sure we understood how to fix the problem if it happened again.
