Stephanie has been such a breath of fresh air! She is always able to be flexible when needed and has a high standard of quality control for turn and common area cleaners at my property.

We switched to these guys after having continuing issues with our previous cleaners. We were looking for someone who could do the job consistently, week after week, without things falling through the cracks. We are happy that we switched over! If anything was missed or needs additional attention, Erik is very responsive and makes sure things are done right.

For the past few months I have worked with Stephanie Hovland and her team. They have done an incredible job on our common area daily cleans as well as our individual apartment cleans. Victory does a great job at our building! They are very flexible with our event schedule and also very responsive to feedback. Their area manager comes by every few weeks to talk with our staff and walk through the building to ensure that their standards of cleanliness are being maintained.
