B & D installed a new furnace for us a few months ago. They got us in quickly and did a great job. Our new Lennox furnace is working very well!

We called B and D plumbing in need of an urgent water leak. They were very responsive and understanding with trying to get a service tech out prior to the weekend. We recieved Friendly, prompt and knowledgeable help to fix our problem. Thank you B and D plumbing!

TJ came out to check on our water softener and was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He even gave a free estimate for a new unit for future reference, even though we didn’t need one right now. He went above and beyond!

The B&D technician was very thorough and made some adjustments to our system. He also explained a performance problem we were having when the system is in heating mode. Overall I am very satisfied

Brandon arrived on time, asked for and answered all of my questions. He finished in a timely manner and performed a thorough job. He explained the work he had done. Overall I am very satisfied with his performance and professional attitude.

Wonderful experience with B&D! Less than 24hrs from sending an inquiry to the scheduled appointment and the tech was even 30 minutes early (they did call to let me know!). Quick and honest service, 10/10 recommend!

Everything with B & D has been great, from the initial call to the technician that came out. Everyone I spoke with was exceptionally friendly and professional. Ethan arrived on time and communicated everything that we needed to know in a way that was easily understood.

I was able to get an appointment the next day first thing in the morning. Mike was very helpful and informational. I new that I was going to need a new water heater and he was able to put it in the same day.And the price was competitive with other places that I called. Would definitely recommend B&D.

B&D scheduled us for a same-day appointment to fix a leaky drain. They arrived ahead of schedule (after calling to confirm it was OK). Royce was friendly and extremely efficient. We will definitely call B&D the next time we need a plumber!

Furnace was having issues. They came out to take a look, were quick to find the issue, and we were lucky enough to have the job start the next day. Turned out to be a fairly big HVAC project it seemed (2 full days) but everyone was very professional and did a great job. Jared in particular went above any beyond expectations to help with a lot of reworking our messy old venting and gas lines. Really didn't have to do as much as he did since we wouldn't have known any better but made everything much neater than it was prior. Would certainly recommend/go back to for future needs.

We moved in a new home and had a couple issues now that needed service, and both times at a time when businesses are closed. B&D returned my call within minutes to set up how soon they could come and take care of our issue. In today's world this just doesn't happen. Also the employees that helped us were so respectful and professional. They made us feel like they really cared and again something we dont come across that often anymore. Thank you B&D, you are number #1 in our book!!! Anyone need a plumber or hvac help, do not hesitate with B&D you will be thankful you made the call.

Drew came out on my personal residence and did an excellent job. Wish I would have known these guys years earlier! Helpful tips on boiler maintenance. Hard to find boiler guys. Would highly recommend them and will keep them on file for my rentals.

We are in the midst of a whole house renovation. B & D Plumbing has handled everything. Of all the trades and of all the people involved in this large project, one person stands out—Lindsay Saunders, in Internal Support at B &D. She has been a life saver and sanity-restorer. After a less than successful experience with our general contractor, Lindsay stepped up and righted several errors, helping to get a stalled project back on track. She has been extraordinarily competent and helpful. The project will continue to completion,but at this phase, I have only praise for B & D, due to the help and support we have received from Lindsay.

TJ was great to work with. He was very communicative, friendly and knowledgeable. He was professional and showed up on time. He was upfront with cost. We had our water heater replaced and the cost comparison was fair compared to other companies we had looked into. We would recommend B and D Plumbing and Heating to anyone looking for professional and friendly service. We would definitely use B and D Plumbing and Heating again for any future issues we may have. These guys are the best!! I called with an emergency the night before I had to travel and everyone I spoke to couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful and responsive. The team is honest and fair. Jackson was incredible. He walked me through a temporary fix over the phone for the night so I wasn’t without water overnight. He arrived the next day and tried to do the most efficient and cost effective solution. Couldn’t recommend them more!

We had real cloudy water coming out of RO water system and Michael (The Rock) figured out the problem right away which ended up being our 20 year old water softener and the water pressure valve was shot. He was able to install the softener same day & had to come back the next day to install the valve. He was very professional and on time and very funny. We have used B & D many times and highly recommend them. Great company and thanks again.

A very professional and kind service man repaired out furnace for us. Did great work, explained what needed to be done, showed up on time, replaced the parts, repaired the furnace quickly and was efficient. The invoice for the work done was moderately priced and worth every penny. Thank you!!!!

Andrew really knows his products, so he first went through what they are and was very through is explaining each one.

He really took his time to make sure we got what will fit our needs and work best in the home we just bought.

We bought a garbage disposal, furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater that day.
