Our 23 year old AC finally bit the dust so we decided it was time for a new system.. we reached out to a few places but B&D made the process so simple! They didn’t ask us to do a thing.. in fact they had someone out that same day (a Friday - maybe lucky?) and we had a brand new AC and furnace with humidifier installed by Wednesday. We had a lot of questions and not only did the team answer them, but they made us feel so comfortable with this huge financial commitment. Never once did we feel pressured or like we were making a mistake. Thursday they followed up with a “happy call” where we could ask even more questions and confirmed some things we were wondering about. They even filed the rebates for us! Anyways, love the family vibe they gave and would definitely call them for anything in the future!

My A/C went out at the beginning of what would become the longest and hottest heat wave of the summer ... at least up 'til now ... I didn't really know where to go, but a good friend recommended B&D so I gave them call. I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to get out to take a look at my old and worn unit and diagnose the problems. Unfortunately, it didn't survive, but B&D was able to provide me with a quote right away and get me on the schedule once again much earlier than I would have expected given the high demand that came with the circumstances! All of this would have been worth a 5 star review, but the tech who came out to diagnose, Hayden, really impressed me by his professionalism and knowledge. His ability to quickly assess, test, and work through the potential problems and solutions went above and beyond my expectations. He was also very kind and caring. HVAC problems are rarely cheap and easy to fix, and while not as serious as something medical, Hayden spoke to me with the manor and care of a skilled surgeon who has to deliver bad news. At no time did I feel pressured or like I was being taken advantage of in any way. Needless to say, when I found myself in an HVAC crisis, B&D stepped up in a big way and I am so very grateful for their incredible service!

I’m doing a reno on my house and hired B&D to remove and replace all the drain/waste/vent pipe in the house. They really did an amazing job! It’s an old house which makes things difficult, but they really knocked it out of the park. They got me on the schedule right away and was in and out in three days. I couldn’t be more pleased. B&D really needs to be on your short list if you’re planning a reno.

We had a mysterious leak under our kitchen sink that may or may not have been caused by a botched sink disposal installation courtesy of yours truly. Brandon was honest enough to admit that he couldn't figure it out either. There just isn't an obvious leak. Which meant he could've replaced a valve or a part, charged us a bunch o' money and walked away. Instead, he made some suggestions, gave us a very reasonable quote to replace what he thought might work, with the guarantee that he'd be back if it kept leaking. Acts of kindness like this, IMHO, is what keeps the world spinning and why I always tell my friends about B&D when they need a plumber.

First time using them and I wish I knew earlier. Awesome service and reasonable pricing. Hayden did great job. Ended up probably being a temporary fix for this year and will need to replace the old furnace sooner or later. Trip charge was only $50 and no parts were required.

Great experience! Showed up within their hour window (with a detailed email of who is arriving) and took care of our furnace issue. Walked through what they were doing step by step and why they were doing. We now have a warm house again thanks to B&D!

Brandon come out to check a couple leaks in our basement. He was very prompt, polite, friendly and explained everything. He ended up replacing a drain pipe and our water heater. We were very pleased with the work and would definitely call them again!

B&D Plumbing was fantastic to work with. Mickey and Allie were helpful and kind with arranging our service call, and our plumber Todd was wonderful! Very friendly and kind. He came out on Christmas Eve to install a new range and converted it to run off propane. It was not a straightforward process with this model oven, but Todd persisted and we have a functioning oven in time for hosting Christmas. I highly recommend using B&D Plumbing after such a positive experience with all of the staff!

B&D Plumbing recently did an excellent job installing our new water softener! The installation was very well done and it perfectly solved the low water pressure problem we were experiencing. From my initial engagement, to the service being completed, it was prompt and efficient. My builder (new 2 yr old home) never completed the install of my humidifier but B&D was able to resolve the issue and get me quickly setup and running properly.

We've used B&D Plumbing numerous times for both plumbing and HVAC related items. This week, we had our furnace stop working. Mike came out right away to diagnosed it and gave us options to fix it or replace it. We were not pressured one way or another, and the estimates were very reasonable considering the work that was needed. After consideration and the age of our existing furnace, we decided to move forward with the replacement. We also asked to replace the water heater at the same time since we were starting to experience issues with it and it's nearly 15 years old. They were able to come out the next day to replace both items. Russel, Alex, Eric and Ike did a wonderful job, were very kind and left work area cleaner than when they got here. They made sure to walk me through the new furnace and water heater before leaving. With B&D Plumbing, you know the level of professionalism you get each time you work with them, that's why we keep going back.
