I recently had to contact Servpro to help out with my flooded basement. Their team was responsive and professional. Tommy was very helpful and reassuring in helping me navigate through the process.

Jose B and Josnie did an amazing job in cleaning up the water in our basement. They got the water out quickly and regularly stopped but to adjust equipment and communicated along the way. Awesome job and appreciated their support in a difficult and stressful time.

Servepro did a spectacular job mitigating the damage in my flooded basement. The response time was incredibly quick, just over an hour, and the workers (Kimon, Wazzy and Yosneil) were very knowledgeable and polite along with efficient. The project manager kept me abreast of everything going on and insured that I understood everything about the cleanup. I would recommend this team to anybody

My apartment flooded not too long ago and Joe Hyland from ServePro was managing the remediation process to get the water out and dry it out. While the dry out process came with some unexpected difficulties, Joe made sure that those issues were adequately addressed. Additionally, Tom Erickson checked on me throughout the progress of the remediation efforts to ensure things were going well. Great team!

We had a A/C unit in apartment that has caused water damage. I would like to give a shout out to the crews that helped graciously. Kimone, Rachel, Jordan, Brit and Gabe were all very professional and compassionate and caring. During a time that was so stressful this crew made it less stressful. They communicated every step of the way what was going to happen. I would highly recommend servpro and these amazing crews.

We unfortunately experienced water damage in our home when the kitchen water dispenser malfunctioned while we were away. By the time we returned, the kitchen and family room on the lower level were thoroughly soaked. We contacted three different restoration companies, and we were most impressed by the estimators from Servpro, Cheri & Mike. Mike was incredibly professional, courteous, and thorough. We have had amazing service with Servpro! We had a garage fire that caused a lot of smoke damage. Rachael came out to the house just days after I called her. She wanted to get things rolling right away for us! She has been so easy to communicate with! We are currently working with Servpro to rebuild our basement after water damage on June 16th. We have had an incredibly disappointing experience with them including today. I am hopeful someone from their senior leadership team sees this review and will intervein.

When disaster struck and a pipe burst at my rental property at 4 am, I was stuck with significant water damage to the home.

The ServPro team wasted no time to mitigate the issues, preventing any long term damage or health issues. The team documented the areas well, serving both to reassure me that everything was addressed, but also helping to prevent disputes down the line.

When I needed additional information and documentation due to a dispute, James went above and beyond what was expected to ensure I had all of the accurate information, allowing me to make the right decision. I am deeply thankful for it, as it certainly was not an expectation I have for most contractors.

I would highly recommend this team. They fully and timely completed the contracted work and then additionally went above and beyond, despite no expectation. Thank you!

We've been working with ServPro since August to have our basement water mitigated. We were told the work would be completed about a month ago and it's still ongoing. We had to meet with three different employees before the project started, and then found out that the work scope didn't match what our insurance had asked for, nor what we had discussed with ServPro in-person. Our project manager takes days to respond with any relevant information and, for weeks, refused to add more work to our project. The latest thing is we've demanded that all repairs be made per insurance instruction and are being told the estimator was "out" so couldn't complete the work for over a week (this happened with the carpentry work as well). Our project manager also claimed he'd never seen our insurance paperwork, despite us sending it three times. We've already being quoted what insurance quoted us, so I can't imagine how expensive this will all turn out to be. Other small things like half a wall wasn't painted, the painters put holes in our walls for samples and ServPro is refusing to fix it, we asked that contractors not use our bathroom and they clearly are, and the list goes on. We're hoping the repairs will be done before the holidays, but not feeling optimistic about it. I'd never recommend ServPro.

In the early morning hours on MLK day, our apartment building suffered a flood from a 2nd floor public restroom. Our building on call maintenance staff arrived and used the one building shop vac to start removing standing water from affected apartments. Fortunately, Jose B. and Misael arrived within an hour and quickly addressed ALL AREAS. Jose was very friendly and kind ~ despite the early hour and freezing cold exposure bringing in equipment! There will definitely be ongoing work on the 1st and 2nd floors here due to the extent of the damage, but I am happy to say Jose was able to clear my apartment of any further moisture so the industrial fans could be removed! Hugh relief! Thank you so much for your quick and friendly service; we appreciate your continued assistance in restoring our building to its former clean and dry appearance.

Curtis & Hector were quick to respond and assess the water damage in our house, coming up with a game plan that was installed in minutes. They have consistently followed up and have kept me in the loop about how we are progressing and when they will be stopping by for a status check. I appreciate the communication and speed!
