We won’t use anyone else besides Doks. They are so responsive and help me out when I have huge issues with the my heating or Air and even my little problems and they never make me feel dumb for asking :-) Everything has always been explained so clearly to us and professionally. As long as they are around we won’t ever use anyone else!! When u use then u will understand what I’m saying! :-)

It was the middle of January at 7:30pm and it's 60 degrees in my house. Called Matt and he was here in 15 minutes. He fixed my heat and explained a couple other questions I had regarding other HVAC systems. I would defiantly recommend!!

I was impressed several years ago when I contacted Dok for an ac repair. To my surprise he walked me through a quick fix for no fee! So, when I needed a new furnace I knew who to call. Not only was he professional and prompt, but had the best quote out of all the ones I called. Highly recommended!

Matt was very helpful, and really knowledgeable. Unfortunately we had to replace the furnace and A/C unit, but I feel very confident that having Dok's Heat & Air was the right choice! Would recommend for future needs!
