A few years ago we had Matt come out and talk to us about our boiler. We decided to upgrade and switch over to propane.What a difference it made and so much cheaper to heat our home. Had long distance emergency HVAC not blowing air, looked for service found 24 hr. service called Dok's Heating. Matt was prompt, educational, concerned, to the point, got parts new fan installed in a matter of hours, couldn't ask for better service. You just don't find qualified people this good anymore. I had issues with my AC and called Matt to ask him questions about it. He was able to walk me through how to fix the problem over the phone. A few years ago I had Matt replace my wood boiler with a propane furnace. Matt has always been very helpful and knowledgeable with anything HVAC related. Matt is tireless. Exceptional customer service, knowledgeable, down to earth, all around a wonderful experience (as first time homeowners, this was our first big expense!) getting a new furnace and heat pump. As it should be, we do not even have to think about the furnace, it is so quiet and super efficient. And the heat pump is also easy to forget; I love that it is environmentally friendly and is going to save us money in the long run as well, while not requiring anything extra on our part. Matt was patient and explained everything to us; was flexible with our schedule (got it done in the nick of time because of course the furnace died days before we were going out of town for a week), did all the research and homework and rebate paperwork that no one wants to do, and immediately resolved a small electrical issue. I will never need another HVAC servicer. Thank you Matt!

We had ductless air conditioners installed over 15 years ago and knew it was time to upgrade them. So we contacted Dok's Heating and Air Conditioning and had Matt come out and give us our options. We decided to go with an updates ductless system, but this time with the heat pump option. I hesitated at first, we already have a furnace, but with the cool April and May weather, it was a great feature to have. We could just click on our ductless units to get the chill out, rather then turning on and off the furnace. Matt provided excellent service. He was punctual and cleaned up after. We will continue to use Dok's Heating and Air Conditioning and will recommend Matt to our friends and family. Thanks for the great work!

We contacted Dok's at the recommendation of a couple neighbors for an AC/Furnace Tuneup and some noisy AC complaints. I wish we would've had him out sooner! I can't say enough good things about our service and the level of attention to detail. All our questions were answered and so much valuable education about all the working parts of our system was provided. I can already tell a difference in a couple rooms that weren't staying as cool as others previously, and our AC kicking on hasn't been this quiet in 4 years. We really appreciate it and won't call anyone else for our HVAC needs now!

Matt installed a dehumidifier and new furnace for me last fall. He was extremely responsive, very fair pricing and did an excellent job! When my air conditioning unit failed to turn on recently, I did not hesitate at all to call him for service. He came the following day repaired the starting unit and said that he would apply that price to a new air conditioner if that is what I needed. Thankfully, I didn’t need that but I would not hesitate to call him if and when, I need one

Matt from Dokk’s Heating & Air installed a mini split today and it is an excellent choice for my porch. Very quiet unit. Does a wonderful job in cooling my porch and also most of main floor in my home. Matt was very informative about thus unit. He worked expertly and efficiently. I was also impressed with how caring he was about making sure everything was cleaned up and picked up. I highly recommend Dokk’s Heating & Air.

Matt does a wonderful job of taking care of us. We purchased our home in November and within 6 months, we discovered that both the furnace and the AC needed replaced. He is friendly, efficient, and backs his work with great warranties.

I recently needed a new furnace and AC. I called and got quotes from several companies before someone recommended Dok's. Matt showed up and gave very thorough explanations for everything he was doing. He also showed photos of other installs he's done and they looked very clean and tidy. His quote came in well under everyone else. I decided to go with him, and I'm happy I did. Everything functions perfectly, he did several things that the other guys don't do, there were no surprise costs and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. A furnace is a big investment, you want to know it's being done right, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!!

Turned on my heat in the morning, nothing!! Called Doks and they were over in a couple hours. Checked it. Went back to the shop to get the part and had it fixed and did a quick check up before noon! 👍🏼👍🏼
