Furnace stopped working, and even though they were already busy they got me in and came out and got it running. Matt was amazing. I highly recommend Dok's.

Matt from Doks Heating & AC installed our new furnace & heat pump and it ROCKS! No pressure, no sales pitches...and considerably less expensive than we expected. Both units are Payne and are smooth & quiet, seems to heat our home more evenly than our previous furnace. Quality equipment installed by a true pro. (More of an artist) Matt AKA "Dok"s attention to detail is incredible. Rating should be at least 10 stars! Thanks Matt.

We were very pleased with Dok’s. He installed our furnace and AC about a year & a half ago. This time was just an annual check up. He was very amenable to our schedule, arrived when he said he would. He was gone in under 30 minutes, answered our questions etc. we would always recommend him!

I would absolutely recommend!! I’ve relied on Dok’s twice so far and both times, the service was great and very quick. I had my AC and furnace tuned up last winter and just had service for my AC starter that went out.

Both times, Matt has been extremely quick to respond and get out to my home. My AC starter was replaced very fast during the last visit and I’m very thankful because my house is finally starting to cool off.

He’s never tried selling me something I don’t need and provided helpful information when I inquired about a new/better unit.

I have been using Dok's now since DeZiel is no longer in business. Couldn't be happier with the ease of scheduling annual furnace tune up. Also, Matt couldn't have been more accommodating on day of service when I ran into some personal issues. Love that he calls when he is on the way! It's so nice to have a locally owned business to rely on!

Hands down the best service and value! We called a different service on Saturday and they gave us a really high estimate for replacing our furnace. A friend recommended Dok's, so we called for a second opinion. We couldn't be happier! Our furnace went out on Saturday, and we had a new furnace by Monday afternoon several thousand cheaper than we were originally quoted by the first company. Matt is friendly and patient and explained issues clearly. We highly recommend Dok's Heating and Air.

Matt (Doks) did a fantastic job installing our Ductless air conditioning system. We are so grateful he suggested them as an option when we had him out to work on our boiler last fall (he fixed that too!) His quote was right on and there were no surprises or changes to our scheduled install date - everything went as anticipated.

Matt came out to do preventative maintenance on our now-old furnace. He found some issues that had surfaced over the past year from his last trip out that needed to be resolved. He gave clear options to repair or replace the furnace, and ultimately we decided to replace it.

He was so easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and his prices were very reasonable. We’ve been so happy with how much quieter our new furnace runs. I couldn’t believe when he left that he even took care of little details like reprogramming our smart thermostat and fixing the thermostat from being loose in the wall.

Ultimately, we’ll continue to look to Matt in the future for other HVAC work. Thanks again!
