Water heater install. Everything went well. We have nothing to clean up. Luke the technician was very knowledgeable and we are back in business. Five stars to Luke and Urban Pine Plumbing.

Urban Pine Plumbing was contracted by CenterPoint House Service Plus to install my broken down water heater. They were prompt and deeply knowledgeable about plumbing. I was completely satisfied with their job, and will surely recommend them to others who need quality plumbing done.

Excellent service. They came and replaced my leaking water heater in about 1 hour. Great customer service and the plumbers were professional, courtesy and friendly. I would definitely hire them again.

I had them out, through Centetpoint's Setvice Plus, to install a new hot water heater. The installer was pleasant, careful to not harm the steps and the entryway. He was on time and efficient. He had to change the shutoff value, do I had an extra charge beyond the estimate, but it was only $69.72 more. I was pleased and had no issues.

I was very pleased with Urban Pine Plumbing as they installed a new water heater for me thru Center Point Energy. They Covered my steps going downstairs and the rug going into my utility room! Very friendly and did an excellent job taking out the old, bringing in the new! Would highly recommend them for anyone’s plumbing issues!

Needed a new water heater. Wanted gas, but our plumbing wasn't up to code so they recommended electric. Got that installed (after several self-caused delays) today in fine order. Plumbers were pleasant and courteous and easy to work with. Recommended.

My water heater needed to be replaced due to a leak. I called CenterPoint Energy because I purchased the House Service Plus and they sent Urban Pine Plumbing whom they contracted with next day to come install a new water heater. The technicians were on time and very friendly and informative. He also provided me with information on what kind of roof cover to get. I was pleased with how fast they got the water heater replaced. Would highly recommend them for plumbing issues.

Our water heater started leaking and Urban Pine Plumbing & Mechanical was the provider sent to install a new one; Abraham was the plumber who did the work. He arrived within the designated window (both times on the early end of the window), explained everything well, was pleasant and polite, and did a quality job. I especially appreciated how clean he was, laying down coverings as he removed the old water heater through our basement, up our stairs, and out through our front door. It has now been a week since the install and everything is working well. We would use Urban Pine again.

Used urban through Center Point to replace a hot water heater. Would have gotten 5 stars but their dispatch put them down for 1/2 hour and it was more of an hour until the guys got here. Once the crew was here, they're quick to get to the unit and remove it bring in the new one. Install it adjust the flume to vent better, clean up and we're on their way. They were detailed in making sure not to track any extra dirt in as they had to go over carpeting and stairs with carpeting, they laid down tarps. Their lead man went over everything to make sure I understood and was very professional

The installers did a good job, we're good about communications, were neat and tidy, got the job done in a timely fashion, and were pleasant to work with.

We used Urban Pine to replace our water heater then again to give an estimate on another plumbing issue. This company is the best! They are very knowledgeable and efficient. They explain everything so well and go above and beyond to keep you informed from when you can expect them to arrive, to the job that will need to be done and most importantly how much it’ll cost. They are great at trying to save your money especially in the long run. All the plumbers that I met very kind and respectful. They made the process easy and it was nice to work with them. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs that you have.

Whoever was driving an Urban Pine truck on Radisson road in Blaine around 4:45pm on Tuesday 10/28 should not be driving. There is absolutely no reason to tailgate me in stop and go dinner time traffic. He almost rear ended me so many times I considered calling the police. I have never been tailgated so bad or been so scared and uncomfortable driving. Please speak with your employees about this.

Urban Pine Plumbing and Mechanical company maintained a courteous and respectful tone towards me as a homeowner in my voyage of restoring both hot and soft water to my residence.

This company emphasized to me how to contribute to solving my plumbing issues.

I was educated on water softeners’ use of resin beads and the importance of its function. This plumbing company had an extreme amount of patience with this homeowner, and I will forever be grateful for their expertise and professionalism.

To date I now have a functioning water heater and water softener, and my daily routine has transformed into a functioning positive experience again. Thank you, Urban Pine Plumbing, and Mechanical!

Whoever the driver of this van is at 5:35PM going northbound 100 does not know how to zipper merge or drive. He almost crashed into me. I do not how Urban Pine selects their drivers, but I would not recommend.
I do not know how someone who doesn't know how to drive, got a kob that involves driving.

I appreciate the plumber came to install the water heater efficiently but there are 1 concern and 1 damage below I found after the installation -

1. My front door edge bore for the knob is damaged and I found the proof of the some tiny scrap wood on the ground. So the door knob is no longer working.
2. The pipe connected to T&P valve is behind the water heater against the wall. There is no way to check water leak and operate that for emergency. Poor pipe configuration of the installation.

My water heater replacement was complicated due to some unrelated plumbing issues that were discovered when a journeyman plumber (Aidan) from Urban Pine first came out to my house. He called their master plumber (Josh), and together they worked out a great solution. I was given two options, and Josh actually recommended the less expensive option.

They were efficient, friendly, honest, and respectful. Also, shout out to Rebecca for always being on top of scheduling and calling me to update me on services windows/times.

I didn't choose Urban Pine...they were chosen for me by CenterPoint. But I will be contacting Urban Pine for all my future plumbing needs...I was really impressed!
