Austin cleaned out my main line due to a slow draining issue resulting in a backup in my basement. He discovered there was some tree root intrusion in parts of the line after running the camera through approximately 90 feet out to the street. Austin explained to me in a clear and concise fashion where the issues were as we watched the camera work its way through the line. He also explained some other areas of my line that may require attention in the future. I appreciated his thoughtful, detailed and honest explanation as I had never encountered an issue like this before. He was patient answering all my questions. Thankfully I called before the backup flooded my basement or caused any major damage. Cleaning the line resolved the issue and everything is flowing well.
