Absolutely phenomenal. Comes out each year to clean our old, beaten carpets - cleaning rescue dog stains, cleaning well used stairs trampled on during winter and rainy seasons - makes the carpets look new each time. Such a great couple/team - so appreciative of their help. So much better than chain cleaners - grrr - OMG. We don't even have them estimate anymore - the pricing is so reasonable give what they are dealing with and how clean the carpets are after.

This guy almost ran me off the road. He decided to just change lanes into my car. Didn't even swerve when I honked my horn in the ice and snow. My kids were in the car with me and he did this on purpose because he wanted to make a right turn in Maple Grove and was in the left lane.

As good, if not better than advertised. Would absolutely recommend. Knowledgeable, personable, courteous, works quickly *and* does a fantastic job.

If I could get them in MN, I’d gladly treat Cliff to a double-double animal style (from In-N-Out Burger for the uninitiated) any day of the week.

Couldn't be happier with Cliff's work! I called him after Chem-Dry cleaned my carpets, leaving behind all the spots I asked them to remove. It honestly looked like they hadn't even cleaned it at all and they told me the stains would not come out. Cliff came in and took the time to address my concerns, talked to me about the stains, got them out, and the carpet looked and smelled brand new after he left. After being completely scammed by Chem-Dry, I felt so much better finding someone I could trust in the carpet cleaning business!

Clifford was Awesome. Have used bigger names for steam cleaning our carpet before and since then have only had more wear and tear on it from our toddlers and 2 great danes. He got it back to near-new condition which was way better than anyone else had done before. He price matched and was more flexible on matching our compressed schedule as we got our home ready for sale listing. He actually repaired a threshold where the carpet had come out too. AND HE DOES GROUT! He mentioned to my wife he could get our 1960's grout back to the original color (from black stained color it was) and he did! He will be our go-to for future cleaning. great guy and a small family business. A+

We have used Zerorez and ServiceMaster in the past. The quality level varies by the technician. I intently sought out an owner-operator this time. We have family coming for Christmas and I wanted to be certain the job was done right. Hands down, Cliff is the best carpet cleaner we have ever had. He even cleaned our microfiber sectional, where our Vizsla likes to scratch his back, after I mentioned it when he was already here. His wife Elizabeth is fantastic for information and scheduling. Super happy we hired them.

Cliff is fantastic. He squeezed us in today to clean the carpet where our dog urinated during a seizure and he was so kind when he was here. We have worked with him numerous times and he is always on time and does an excellent job. I cannot stress enough that hiring an experienced owner-operator for this work makes such a HUGE difference in the end result.

Cliff and his wife Elizabeth are a gem of a find. Elizabeth, who might field your call, is knowledge and so kind. She offered solutions to help remove/ease the pet stain before I even confirmed a cleaning service. We ended up booking a cleaning, Cliff was profesional, personable and the carpet looks like new! Great gig you guys have going on.
