Clifford showed up on time, very positive person, easy to chat with and did an incredible job on our carpeting! Both my husband and I are very pleased with his quality of work and his wonderful personality.

Cliff and Elizabeth were amazing! I was getting my mom's house ready for sale. She had cats that had destroyed the basement Berber carpet. Cliff was able to get the carpet clean and the urine smell out. When he was unable to get the bedroom carpet clean he installed new carpet for me! I picked up the carpet and padding and he installed it. Elizabeth was always a joy to talk to on the phone, professional and kind. I would recommend Clifford the Carpet Cleaner to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned!

Our 35+ old carpet looks like new. We have 3 senior adopted rescued poodles. Clifford is very knowledgeable about dog stains. Would highly recommend him.

We have used Clifford the Carpet Cleaner for many years. We run our own investment properties, and I always turn to 'Clifford' when we need our carpets cleaned. I feel good knowing that Clifford the Carpet Cleaner uses a hot baking soda rinse. I don't like our tenants to be exposed to chemicals. Clifford's schedule is flexible and he and his company are reliable, honest and reasonable, plus he has a sense of humor! : )

5 star service!!! I just called Clifford much earlier than his hours stated, and he not only answered the phone, but personally walked me through what to do about a tough stain in our carpet. He was honest about the chances of the stain coming out. We will either be hiring him later today or in the future to do major carpet cleaning if we're somehow able to get the stains out ourselves. I run my own business as well, and I have so much respect for small business owners like Clifford who are always trying to do what's best for their customers-even if that means potentially not getting business (in this case, talking us through what to do on our own). UPDATE: Clifford DID end up coming to get the stains out....and HE DID!!! I couldn't believe it. Spending the money with him vs. replacing the carpet was obviously financially the right thing to do. He told me it was likely he couldn't get it out--which again, I so appreciated, because I understood the risks going into it (of spending money and the stains not coming out). He was so professional, kind, and in and out of our house really efficiently. THANK YOU!!!!

Clifford was great with communication and arrived on time. With all the different options out there I’m glad I went with him as others had recommended him. I think it’s always best to go with referrals. I was originally going to go with Zerorez and I’m glad I didn’t. I heard a lot of not so good things about Zerorez, so I cancelled my appointment and went with Clifford. I prefer to support small businesses anyway. He did a very thorough job and really knows what he’s doing. Very genuine, upfront, and won’t oversell you like some of these other companies out there. I highly recommend Clifford to clean your carpets!

I am a massage therapist and own a suite in New Hope. I had a couple small stains on my floor from oil and such. He was cleaning a office space next door to mine and I asked him about rates to get the stains out. He took a look and out of the kindness of his heart said he was willing to do it for free. I had a meeting and when i came back my carpets looked brand new!!!! Not saying folk will get a free service, but it just shows the character of this man! This guy is absolutely amazing - A very kind and caring soul. I pray your business continues to boom!

Cliff and his wife (the back office coordinator extraordinaire) have been my go to for carpet cleaning for close to 10 years. We have three dogs (one puppy along the way). He has done a great job removing hard to clean dog stains and he LOVES dogs (always have a lengthy conversation about our mutual love of dogs). His work is high quality and a fair price. I have used him for a rental house as well where he really livened up the quite old carpet.

The experience with Cliff was seamless from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment within a few days of calling and the woman who handles the appointments is extremely nice! Cliff is a great guy and did a wonderful job cleaning pretty stained carpets for our new home. It made the whole place feel new for our move in. Would use again any day!

Clifford did an amazing job on our carpet! We had some red wine stains on a fairly old light colored carpet which we could not completely remove. Clifford was able to get all the stains out. It was easy to set up the appointment with his wife Elizabeth and we were able to get on his schedule the same week I called. The whole experience was great and I would highly recommend him!

If I could give Clifford 6 stars, I would. This was our last ditch effort before we replaced our carpeting. It was so bad, I didn't think cleaning would even make a difference. Clifford made them look like new. Amazing! He and his wife Elizabeth are the kindest and most hard-working people. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am so happy with the truck-mounted carpet cleaning services I received from Clifford. He did an amazing job. My berber carpet was embarrassingly dirty, and I had doubts about good outcomes, but it looks great now. I had a lot of deep stains, and Clifford said that a few might reappear after it was completely dry, and he gave me instructions on how to address these if that should happen. But it’s been a couple of weeks since I had the large carpet area and steps done, and spots never reappeared, and it still looks fantastic. Additionally, I was pleased that he used cleaning products safe enough even for pets. I would highly recommend Clifford. By the way, before hiring Clifford, I had a truck-mounted company come over based on a mailer coupon. The fellow took a quick scan, commented on cat food dishes, and proceeded to get out some sort of flashlight and highlight areas telling me that there was no way they could get my pet-stained carpet cleaned at the coupon price—- that it would be a waste of time—“however” for several hundred dollars more, they would be able to get it clean. I don’t like this kind of business practice, so I declined which led me to my fortunate experience with Clifford where the price and process was laid out directly and professionally by Clifford’s wife. Definite 5 stars!

I'm getting ready to put my house on the market, and my carpets hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Having dogs, it was definitely something I needed to do. I decided to call Clifford, based on a friend's referral. His quote over the phone was very reasonable, and he didn't upsell me once he arrived. Clifford took his time, did an awesome job, and again the price was fair. In fact, he charged less than a company over 5 years ago that didn't do as good of job. He's also a genuinely nice guy, the type of person it's a pleasure doing business with. Recommend 100%!

Clifford did a wonderful job cleaning our light colored carpets. We had several stains in our carpets from doing remodeling projects and I tried cleaning them on my own first without much luck. I polled friends and family to ask them who they recommended for cleaning carpets and Clifford was brought up immediately and repeatedly. I called to schedule and a human actually answered the phone! He was prompt, friendly, professional, and overall we had a wonderful experience. Already planning on booking again when needed.

Elizabeth and Clifford were so fast to respond to our sudden need for carpet cleaning. Clifford was able to repair carpet that had been damaged and then cleaned our entire basement and stair carpet so well and so efficiently. Very pleasant, professional--a wonderful, local business!
