They plow my driveway and do an excellent job. They now send out emails telling everyone their plan for that particular storm and anticipated time they will complete plowing. During the last snowstorm they plowed twice which enabled my daughter to go work the 2nd day of a 2 day snowstorm. Great customer service!

They did an excellent job again this year, and the notifications of whether they were going to plow or not (depending on the snow amount) was a welcome addition this year.

We had Pine Creek Services for our driveway plowing and sidewalk shoveling during the winter months. They were prompt with the cleanups and always returned a couple of times after the city plows came through. Communication is great all year round. I have been with them a number of years and will continue to do so.

I really needed help digging out my mailbox from the plow--i just can't keep up with only a shovel. Pine Creek was so nice, fit me in to their schedule THAT DAY, and now I can get my mail again. Do not hesitate to call--they are incredible!!!!!
