Highly highly HIGHLY recommend Pine Creek! Our house had some terribly ugly green mold growing between our front windows, this team was able to get it all off as well as clean all the spider webs off within an hour. Very professional and quick. Will absolutely be using for other projects.

I had contacted two other window washing services and they both made lots of promises but never delivered. Pine Creek was not only able to get me in right away (not in the middle of the summer like the other places), but they were fast and efficient but more importantly did a FABULOUS job. Will definitely be hiring them again! Priced fairly too!

Cody and his crew have taken care of our windows inside and out for the past few years as well as provided in installation of our seasonal Christmas lights. Cody and his crew are outstanding. They provide incredible service and if something is missed they will always come back and take care of any issue that was omitted. When it comes to the holiday lights, if a bulb goes out they will come out and replace it. Their service is incredible. They have always provided exceptional service to us over the years. If you need exterior as well as interior window cleaning, siding washing, and /or Christmas lights, they are the ones to get it done for you.

To get good results from a service company with their first visit is nice, if not expected. But what is really significant for a review is when one has to get ahold of customer service and the response from that is what really defines a company. When Pine Kreek came to wash the house, unfortunately I had to go to the ER so we were not home when the job was finished. Upon getting home we found that the house and gutters had numerous remaining streaks and dark filmy spots. I called the office and Anna and Tiffany got right on it and soon a crew showed up. They explained what likely happened the first time but without making excuses either. They rewashed the entire house and the windows. The house looks fabulous now! I want to give a special thank you to Alex. Any company would be blessed to have such a professional on their staff.

We had Pine Creek do our windows last year and they did an outstanding job. We had them come out again this year at the end of July to wash our windows. We were travelling a good amount in August and September and we were not home much. I did notice however that the windows had a film on them. I sent them an email in October and told them about the windows and was hoping they could come back out. It would have been different if it would have been a couple of the windows but it was all of them. I didn't hear back from them so after a couple more weeks I called them. Asked if they received my email and they confirmed they did get the email and were trying to figure out how to handle the situation and that the owner would call me back. They weren't sure if they wanted to redo them because it had been so long. I didn't hear back from them and it is now the middle of November. This is so disappointing and we will not be recommending them again. The lack of response is even more disappointing. I had recommeded them to several of our friends but have told them not to bother.

I called to get Christmas lights hung and when I called, I got right through to a manager. He gave me suggestions on color combinations (I didn't know there were so many) and help me pick the right one. I was so happy he was able to fit me into the schedule before Thanksgiving (I should have called earlier)
The guys who came out to hang the lights were very friendly and efficient, I couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely be using Pine Creek from now on and its worth every penny!

I hired Pine Creek Services to clean my windows and house, and I was really disappointed with the results. The windows were left streaky, and several of them still had dirt and smudges. They didn’t do a thorough job on the siding either—there were areas they completely missed. To make things worse, they left debris all over my yard and someone ran over my mailbox. For the price I paid, I expected much better service. I won’t be using them again, and I can't recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

Richard stopped out and washed my siding. He explained the process and encouraged a walk through before and after the service was completed. Very respectful, kind and detailed orientated. Recommend this crew 100%

Too young gentlemen came and cleaned all of my windows today and boy do they look amazing! The gentleman were respectful and efficient. I've had other services do my windows before but these guys were the best. And reasonable too 😄 I will definitely be using pine Creek services for more jobs in the future. I have used Pine Creek for widow washing before with great results so I called them again this year. All communications were clear and accurate. Caleb came out within a couple of days and cleaned all the windows inside and out that we couldn't reach. He used a ladder (didn't stand on the ground using a long pole which another company did resulting in the pole slipping creating scratches on the Andersen window) and did a very thorough cleaning job with squeegee and a wiping cloth. He worked at a steady pace and did a professional job. In addition, Caleb was a good listener to understand our needs and was very easy to work with. Five Stars!!
