Plumbing reviews in Oak Grove, Minnesota

Highly recommend Northern Oak for your plumbing needs. We had our sump pump and sewer ejector replaced. They were quick to respond to our call, provided a detailed plan what needed to be done. Highly satisfied with their work. Efficient, professional and reasonable.

Tom provided a thorough evaluation of our home, which was completely optional, and he then gave our family choices of projects--spanning prices from a few hundred bucks to a few thousand. We decided to do the work in phases, which he had described in detail, so we knew what we were getting into.
He didn’t mind which direction we went; he just wanted us to do what’s best for our family. He worked with our schedule to get everything wrapped up.
Tom is the owner and the craftsman doing the work, so he has a lot of "skin in the game" which we liked. It’s a rare opportunity when you get to work with the owner which is another reason we chose Tom, and it's the reason we’ll keep using Tom with the next phases of our home.

Tom completed a few jobs for me. He is very knowledgeable, and did a very good job ! Very kind and hard worker. I would highly recommend him. !

Had an issue with our main waste line. Tom came recommended to me. He had great communication and provided fast service at a fair price. Would highly recommend!

Tom showed up on time to repair a leaking main waste stack in our basement. He quoted me an honest estimate, did an excellent job with the repair, courteous and professional. We will definitely call Northern Oak Plumbing again!

I had a great experience with Northern Oak plumbing! Tom was very informative about my options. Pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any other issues arise. Highly recommend!!

We had a great experience working with Northern Oak Plumbing! All of the positive reviews are accurate - Tom was great to work with, provided quick and professional service at a fair price. We highly recommend Northern Oak Plumbing!

Was extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience. Tom was honest and totally upfront with what needed to be done and what was done incorrectly ( not up to code) by a different plumbing co we'd had before. I highly recommend Northern Oaks Plumbing

What a blessing to have had the opportunity to work with Northern Oak Plumbing. My Plumbing issues were in need of servicing for a while and luckily Tom followed back up with me to see if they had been resolved, and of course they had not been. Tom was able to help me the same day with my kitchen faucet only producing a trickle of hot water (this was completely driving me crazy!), a week before Christmas!! Wow! While Tom was here I also expressed other concerns that needed attention and well... one week later he came back to install a new water softener; fix an issue under my kitchen sink and replace the hardware to my utility sink. Tom also took the time to look over other safety things and informed me about cost, savings and safety.
I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found Northern Oak Plumbing. Thank you again Tom! You're my #1!!

The service, quality of work, phone communications and dealing with Tom was seamless and Fantastic.
The most well-rounded and best experience I've ever had with a contractor of any kind.
Thank you to everyone at Northern Oak👌🏻

I called friday morning and I was able to get service the same day. Very impressive. We will be using Northern Oak plumbing for all of our plumbing needs from here on out.

Showed up on time, got the work done professionally and is working great!

Definitely recommend! Responded within a few hours. Replaced our extractor pump and identified some problems in our plumbing and replaced it correctly. Very friendly and professional. Easy to be around and have in your home. Got the job done fast and reasonably priced.

Great communicator and just great to work with; helped out with one project and since we liked him and he was helpful talking through options/solutions ended up taking care of 3 other household plumbing projects I had in queue. Definitely highly recommend to anyone. 5-Star!

I'm happy to share my positive experience with Northern Oak Plumbing! When my drain pump malfunctioned, Tom came to the rescue on the same day. His prompt service and expertise left me impressed. Highly recommend! 👍

I just wanted to share how great and easy it was to work with Tom. He came in and discussed the replacement options for my pressure tank and water softener, his costs are competitive, and his service was superb! He offers a discount if you bundle services so I got a great deal along with superior service!

Speedy service! Friendly, upfront on cost and no hidden fees. Same day installation and I could not even tell they where there they were so clean and picked up afterwards! Thanks 😊

We had a great experience with Northern Oak Plumbing. Tom was a pleasure to work with. Quick response, very thorough, takes pride in his work, reasonable prices, and looks out for his customers. Really can't say enough. We will definitely be calling Northern Oak again for our water softener and water heater replacement. Thanks Tom!

Tom came in less than 2 hours when we had a severe laundry valve failure that necessitated turning off water to the house and fixed it the same day. He returned at our request a week later to install a new water heater, replace a kitchen sink and two faucets. He arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. We were pleased with the results of all the jobs. The sink replacement required extra, unexpected work but he stuck to his original quote. He guarantees his work for 1 year. We highly recommend Tom when you need a plumber.

Tom was punctual and professional. He came in and replaced my water heater in a couple of hours. Everything was neat and clean after he was done; even the small details like putting down drop cloths and wearing booties to keep the floors clean. I would recommend him to family and friends for their plumbing needs.

Outstanding all around!! Great communication, superb work, fair pricing. Tom was a professional through and through. He knows his stuff, and answered my questions thoroughly, with ease, and with a sense of humor. It is a rare occasion when you don't even mind writing the check....
