We had a great experience with Watson. From the booking to the repair, everything was flawless. The technician only charged us for the service call because the repair wasn't extensive, so no labor charge.

Chuck came out on the same day I called for service on my washer. He figured out the issue and didn't even laugh at me when it turned out to be an astonishingly simple fix. He also got down on the floor and gave my dog a belly rub before he left and gave me some good advice about some other new appliances I had. Thanks Chuck, will call again!

Called on 12/27 and talked with receptionist about our washing machine. I said we needed 2 things:
    1. Washing machine cleaned as it has an odor
    2. Removal of clear tube that got pushed into main part of washing machine.

Repair guy (very friendly & professional ) comes over to our home on 01/4 and tells us in order for him to clean the machine it’s a 2 man job and will cost a minimum of $350.
Tells us it’ll be $400 to remove clear tube from drum or wherever it might be.
    Did absolutely nothing.
Cost $129.00 for the house visit and all could have been done with a courtesy call and charged $40.00 or whatever. I felt very ripped off and taken advantage of.

Brent from Watson appliance came out and did some quick diagnostics on my washer and recalibrated it and it works. 5 minutes and my washer was repaired. Great job Brent! Will definitely call them for any appliance issues that may come up. Thank you!!!!

Aaron (technician) was personable and professional. Did a good job explaining the issue with the refrigerator’s ice maker. I’ve used Watson’s before and had the same positive experience.

We had Watson out to fix our oven - we’d had SIX other companies come - no one could figure it out - Watson came and GOT IT DONE. They were cordial, comfortable to have in our home, and very professional. Since they magically fixed our oven we will use no other company. Great people, greasy service, QUALITY work.

Great customer service and repair man, Brent He fixed my microwave and dishwasher . They checked to make sure they could get parts before they came out. 1 year warranty on their repair. I highly recommend them.

Somehow, my post came out with 1 star. I meant it to be 5 stars. I highly recommend them!

We have used Watsons for over 25 year now. Wally and his team have always exceeded our expectations. They are prompt and professional. If it’s a simple fix they will not take advantage of the problem. Nice to still have a mom and pop type of business in the valley. They are number one in our book

I hired this company to fix my washer and oven. 1st meeting was great. Told me they would be back in 2 weeks never heard from them. 2 months later came to fix the washer and never it still doesn't work. Never heard from them on the oven and why washer doesn't work. I would never hire them again.

I have been using them for years. Very knowledgable and prompt. This past visit Chuck came out to fix my washer but noticed my Maytag dishwasher model had a major recall on it. He sent me a link to get it taken care of. The recall was for a fire hazard so thank goodness he did!!! Washer was diagnosed and fixed quickly as well!

I dont even want to give a star..When my washer broke I told them what was wrong with it they refused to listen and wouldnt look and told me it's not that so they ordered the part they thought would fix the washer but ended up not fixing it and it ended up being what I told them it was. They have a 4 hour time window so I wasted about 12 hours dealing with them when they could of just listened the first time. Very unprofessional and also when the guy showed up he smelled like a ash tray you'd think if you had a job going into ppls houses you wouldn't hire someone like that.

We found Watson‘s service through Home Advisors. They called right away, having a cancellation and were able to come out the very same day. They got the part needed for our dryer right away and returned, completing the work within a couple days. Everyone was very courteous and the technician was on time. Would use their service again.

Tim showed up a half hour early. Was nothing but professional. He patiently answered all my questions and explained the workings of our refrigerator as he methodically repaired it. He explained everything. I jokingly asked him if he also repaired garbage disposals. To my surprise he looked at it, quickly diagnosed it and fixed it, without charging us for it. Both repaired for $210. This completely made my day. Watson has my whole hearted highest endorsement.

Watson's Appliance was reasonably priced and didn't make me wait. Other providers were booked four weeks out, but they got me in in a few days. My renters commented on how polite the technician was and how quickly he worked, The repairman explained what had happened and how to prevent it from occurring again. Highly recommend!

My Kenmore fridge / freezer quit cooling, so I tried calling the Kenmore place at Maplewood. No humans will talk to you, and no one could come for 3 WEEKS! So I called a local place that does not service my brand of fridge, and they recommended Watson Appliance.

A real person answered the phone and she was very kind. There was already a technician in my area, so I only had to wait 2 hours (instead of 3 weeks). And he was polite, professional and knowledgeable.

The final diagnosis is that my fridge is probably irreparable. Even so, I really appreciated how thorough Aaron was and how he explained all my options. They could do a diagnostic test and possibly repair the leak, but I'm ready to move on to a new fridge. I'm giving them five stars for the excellent customer service and response time.

Watson came to our house to fix a broken latch/lock on our front loader washer. After the Watson employee was at our home, he said that he "needed some different supplies" and left our home without explaining the issue. He returned weeks later to "finish" the job. In March 2024, the washer stopped working and we contacted the original retailer to troubleshoot the issue. Upon further investigation, the retailer's service team confirmed that when Watson came to fix our washer, he actually broke it and created a fire hazard. It was "just a matter of time" for it to spark out the circuit board. Since the "fix" was no fix at all, we are again without a functioning washer.

First guy they sent out was just rude. Second guy was nice and said the washer timer needed ordering. I called them after 3 weeks and was told they no longer make the part but the company was going to make me one. No idea how long this would take. I checked online and found this part available at 3 different sites and in stock. (I didn’t have to look hard). It’s now been a month and a half and they still haven’t called me even once. Am calling tomorrow to cancel repair and call home smart for a more reputable dealer.

What a terrible experience. My fridge and freezer went out. Tech came to the house and in 30 minutes told me he can't diagnose it and I need to pay an additional $250 for a dye test to actually diagnose it. So I paid $189 for someone to tell me I need spend another $250 to actually figure out the problem.

I called two other appliance repair companies and they both said it could absolutely be diagnosed and repaired the same day as the appointment without an additional $250 extra fee.

The Watson staff and technicians were responsive, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. I was a particularly difficult customer because I was going through the warranty process for my appliance. Watson was so kind and withstood my frequent tantrums during the process.

All of the staff and technicians were the absolute best and a real joy to work with. Kelly was so communicative about everything going on. Our repair was through a warranty company which adds some complication to the process. Kelly did such a great job making sure that I was up to date on everything & was able to schedule this major rebuild at a time that worked best for all of us.

Brent was (by far) the greatest technician I have ever met for any repair purpose of any kind. He showed me what was wrong and explained it expertly so that I had an understanding. He also showed me the really cool app he has on his phone to help with the diagnostics. I had a minor issue (that was not Watson's fault) after the repair. Brent was back at my house the next morning! I can't believe how fast the turnaround time was. He genuinely cares about his customers & wanted to make sure all of my questions are answered.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are the only place I will ever call the next time I need service. They are a family business with a consumer-embracing culture. You don't find that very often, nowadays.

Thank you Kelly, Brent, and everyone else. You set the gold standard for what appliance repair service should be and I am grateful to have had the pleasure of doing business with you.

Charged me nearly 200 dollars to come out and say my dishwasher is broken and there are no more parts made for it. Not sure why that couldn't be done over the phone by checking a model number. Then second, after asking them to use my nearly 200 dollar service fee to get the dishwasher out so i could replace it, as it was severely stuck under the counter, they said they'd get back to me about that and never did. So 200 bucks and cant even return a call, while fixing nothing. I understand if they didn't want to do it, but no return call is the icing on the cake. Just a massive waste of money for doing absolutely nothing and not even following up on what they said they would. Avoid them if possible.

Very disappointed with service call for refrigerator. The repairman was here for 10 minutes and claimed we needed a different technician to run a line test, which he was not qualified to perform. We were charge $189 for 10 minute service and would be charged an additional $250 if we chose to have additional repairman perform line test. I will not use Watson Appliance again.
