Appliance Repair reviews in Oak Park Heights, Minnesota

Worst service ever. Caused water leakage damaging hardwood floor and basement ceiling. $10,000.00 damage. Owner, (Wally) would never return calls. Hanover business insurance denied responsibility. Watson appliance came out to do a simple dishwasher rack repair and left me with an expensive, two month repair process mess. Highly unethical.

I have used Watson Appliances several times and they have provided great service. Based on my good experience, I suggested them to my elderly mother and well. I am especially impressed that they have been proactive, helpful, patient and with fair prices in working with my elderly mother. These are good people and I recommend them.

Unfortunately, I am not at all happy with this company. Technician came out to fix our refrigerator and was super nice and very knowledgeable. HOWEVER, when I mentioned our side cooler was making funny noises, he said he could look at that too. I was thrilled. He made a phone call to the manufacturer and was unable to get a response back so nothing was ever done after that. I did however get an $89.95 bill for the phone call on top of the refrigerator bill. Had I known I would be charged $89.95 for a phone call, I would have made it myself.

I called and then someone answered and then they had the right part for my dishwasher. I had called so many places and no one carries parts anymore. these guys did and it’s absolutely awesome breath of fresh air 👍

I paid $500 to have my Bosch dishwasher repaired. It started having the same issue 15 minutes after the tech left my house saying it was fixed. I called immediately to set up another appointment for the next week. They never showed up for the appointment and didn't even call to let me know. I'm very disappointed with my experience with Watson.

Scheduling, especially through Angi, is ridiculously uncoordinated. The office staff is unhelpful. Required multiple phone calls to get a response. Part had to be ordered, and I had to call to find out if the part was in. Total lack of follow through. They’re not concerned about retaining customers.

Had someone come out and look at my washing machine. Paid the deposit. Only to have them screw around. I get parts need to be ordered and may be on back order... but the lack of communication! I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. After a month I said screw it & went with another business. Still havent heard from them. So your welcome for the $160 I paid for the guy to literally be here 5 minutes. I do not recommend i will not recommend.

Watson appliance was assigned to us by GE for a warranty repair on brand new microwave. Brent came out and had it fixed in no time. Great service, very polite and we would highly recommend in the future.
