The work these guys do is incredible! We had a backyard redone with a large stone retaining wall (it was a difficult hill to deal with), new paver patio, concrete pad and new grass. They were nothing but kind, professional, prompt in responsiveness and hard working! The end result is beautiful and functional. Thanks you guys! Would recommend to anyone!

We had a problem with water pooling around our house. LNG salesman‘s plan sounded good. It involved using three French drains and catchment basins under three downspouts.. we had them come back 2 to 3 times because the problem was not really solved. Although every time they changed something there was a bit of an improvement our window well filled with water and we would have to bail to avoid it leaking into the basement.
The following year we changed to a different contractor who noticed some major errors in the initial installation, including that one catch basin was not closed on the side towards the house, which contributed to the flooding of our window well in basement.
Bottom line is I think they need to supervise the crews because you can have the best plans, but if they’re not carried out correctly, they will fail.

After getting a few quotes on a concrete project, I reached out to my deck builder and they recommended LNG Landscapes for the project. Danny was AWESOME. Their quote came in very competitively priced and Danny made it known he wanted our business. He was kind, not pushy, and his team delivered a quality product well ahead of schedule. I have been using LNG for all my landscaping needs at my work. They take care of my campus lawn in the summer and my snow removal in the winter. They are Jonny on the spot with a surprise snowfall and when the weeds pop up out of nowhere!! They are such a great company that I now have them building a huge retaining wall on my campus. I have been working with Bud and Danny from the get go and let me tell you, I have been a maintenance director for 17 years, worked with alot of landscaping company's, these two are the best in the business!!!!! Bud has been there at every turn making sure I feel comfortable with every concern I have and Danny explains every option and every aspect of the service they are offering me and assures me it will be taken care of!! Simply put, I couldn't be happier with the professionalism of Bud, Danny and LNG as a whole! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

This is not a one time occurrence... Avoid this company at all costs. The lack of customer service and response to my complaints is worse that I've ever experienced with any company in my life in my 50+ years. I did a project with them last year and since then have spend $10,000 fixing the issues their team cause to my landscape and siding on my house. DO NOT do business with this company

Maybe these guys are okay at mowing lawns but they are TERRIBLE at snow removal. I'm so tired of hearing my poor mother complain that they still HAVE NOT COME to remove their snow. They should either do their job or take the service off of their list of offered services. I'm disappointed and it's simply unsafe.

Let's start at the beginning. LNG gave a very competitive quote.

This was a fairly tricky project that included several French drains. The crew was fast and efficient. Very hard working. When extra work turned up they did it at pretty much cost. Fully committing to their estimates and timelines. We're very happy with the beautiful work.

When we found issues after the work was done several weeks later, which happens at any job, the team came up and fixed it quickly. I know how incredible this is because they're fully booked for the summer. They clearly prioritize customer satisfaction.

The crew is incredible and holds themselves to a high bar when it comes to integrity. They won't leave you hanging and are super responsive.

We had LNG remove 35 years of overgrown shrubs and plant shrubs and perennials. The workers were fast, efficient, and respectful of our property. They reseeded where lawn was damaged and the new grass came up quickly. We love the finished product. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service and communication. I tried contracting with LNG to design a landscape for my house. After the first visit I never heard back and after 3 weeks decided to reach out. The original person sent out had left the company and I had to have a second person come out. Then after 2 weeks of nothing I reached out again and they said to have a design made I would need another visit and need to pay $1125 for a design mockup. The design looked very unprofessional and was not what we had discussed. I got one "free" change of the design which still did not fit our vision. After 3 months of back and forth (mostly me trying to reach out and find out what was going on) we decided to go a different direction. I have lost faith they would be able to complete our project and I'm out $1125! I would skip them and look elsewhere.
