LNG Landscaping really blew me away from start to finish. The team was not only professional but also super friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. They transformed my yard into something I’m proud to show off, with attention to every little detail. Whether it was the flower beds, the new lawn, or the hardscaping, everything was done with real care and skill. What I appreciated most was how easy they were to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the way my backyard looks after LNG worked on it. They completely transformed the space and made it look clean, fresh, and beautiful. The attention to detail really shows, from the way everything is arranged to how neat and polished the finish looks. It feels welcoming and well cared for, and I’ve already gotten so many compliments on it. LNG truly brought my vision to life and made my yard a place I actually enjoy spending time in.

LNG helped us replace the cap blocks on our retaining wall. Their careful attention to detail ensured that the main wall blocks were not damaged when removing the old blocks that were glued down. Great communication, no surprises and everyone was pleasant to work with.

We recently had a fantastic experience with LNG Landscapes! They removed an old, leaky pond and waterfall in our yard and replaced it with a retaining wall and concrete pad for a hot tub under the porch. They also created new mulch beds complete with drip irrigation, planted new plants and trees and created stone walkways through the yard.

The design process was impressive, featuring 3D renderings of the landscaping that helped us visualize the final look. Jordan, the project manager and our main point of contact, was AMAZING. From the start of the project to its completion, his communication was exceptional. He promptly answered all our questions and was always easy to reach.

We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend LNG Landscapes!

A neighbor's perspective...
How do I stop LNG from plowing my driveway shut? It seems super basic that you shouldn't plow me shut to get your customer's driveway plowed...
LNG plows my neighbor's driveway. We live in a cul de sac, so our driveways are twelve feet apart. Every time he plows them, he back drags it out. Then he just angles his blade and drives forward in a circle around the cul de sac, pushing the snow into mine and others driveway. This is wrong, it seems unprofessional or lazy, and it blocks my driveway with an extra ton of snow.
So I parked my truck in front of my driveway to block him from doing that and, wow! After backdragging, he turned around and pushed it across the street and into the center. LIKE HE SHOULD.
Their website boasts they are seasoned pros who are professional and do a good safe job. LNG is getting paid good money to plow, and should do a good job. So why is this plow driver doing a hurried, selfish job? It's a pain to have to block him with my truck to get him to be a professional.

Uneven retaining wall is a feature not a bug.

Last Fall we had LNG do some various work in our yard, some was satisfactory, I do have some other minor complaints, but the big issue was the garden bed they built for us.

After completing I noticed the back right corner was elevated by 1"-1.5" compared to other corners and at certain angles the bed looks very crooked. I brought to attention to LNG and they said they would come get it fixed. But when they came the effects of their efforts were negligible, as even according to the workers fixing they would need to essentially teardown and start over.

When communications came from upper levels of LNG I was told that it was designed this way on purpose and was for drainage and structural integrity. This obvious lie is so they can avoid admitting fault and what irks me the most.

In talking to workers it sounds like the lead on this part of project quit while they were building it. Instead of being upfront about issues they were having and trying to come to a resolution, they tried lying and avoiding responsibility.

The whole team at LNG are absolutely phenomenal to work with. They are some of the most dedicated, communicative, and thorough people in the business. Danny and Jordan took amazing care of me and answered all my questions. I will not hesitate to reach out to LNG again if I need anything else in the future... Danny you the man!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

New house build and LNG did all of our landscaping including a boulder wall in our back yard. Cindy was amazing to work with Great timely communication throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend.

I hired LNG for a patio and landscaping project. The experience was marked by poor project management and a troubling lack of accountability.
The Critical Issue: Their excavation work exposed our home's foundation insulation that was previously properly covered. This exposure leaves the insulation vulnerable to UV damage, moisture infiltration, and Minnesota's freeze-thaw cycles - creating a serious concern that didn't exist before their work. When confronted, LNG refused to accept responsibility and proposed inadequate fixes outside their expertise.
Additional Problems:

* Payment discrepancies between contract and invoicing
* Property damage (mailbox) without notification
* Missing scope items and incorrect materials installed
* Poor communication - we had to identify and report every issue

To their credit, they did address the other issues once raised. However, the foundation exposure problem - the most serious one they created - met with refusal to take responsibility.
Bottom Line: A professional contractor shouldn't create new problems, especially ones affecting your home's structure. When they do, they should take responsibility and implement proper solutions. LNG did neither.
The foundation issue remains unresolved and will require hiring specialists to repair damage caused by their work. I cannot recommend this company.

LNG Hartigan did an amazing job with my backyard transformation! My hill that was too steep to mow is now a beautiful boulder wall and island. The crew was so nice and kept everything neat and orderly as they went.

I am thoroughly impressed with the speed of how quickly our project was estimated, started, and completed. We couldn’t be more happy with how beautifully it turned out. We have loved having this new fire pit space for time with family and friends. The entire crew from Jordan Anderson, to the team at our home working daily were professional and hard working. Stunning work. We would highly recommend working with LNG!
