ROC cleaning has been cleaning Borton Volvo for over 11 years. We have multiple properties that require mechanical shop cleaning and White vehicle display area's that require perfection. We tried the new company and what a NIGHTMARE after 3 months of bad service we hired ROC back, Pete and his team are the VERY BEST! This is an excellent cleaning service and I highly recommend. They go above and beyond. Peggy comes by our office periodically and checks to make sure the cleaning has been done good and checks in with us to make sure we are happy with the service. We have a very dirty area to clean, but they do a great job!

Whenever I need additional cleaning or find an area that needs attention I can get it handled within a quick call or text. Their supervision staff is always walking through our dealership (275,000 sq ft.) reviewing quality. We use a day porter to keep up on cleaning throughout the day. The staff is always very professional and hard working. They really start to become part of your team. I never have an issue with work ethic or professionalism.

From time to time we have had stores that choose a lower cost provider, only to switch back to ROC.
