Not sure how this is a cleaning company when they forget to clean your shower and reschedule twice to come back. Didn’t dust or wipe all mirrors or kids fingerprints. Also broke a piece on my tub and never apologized and management barely acknowledged my concerns. Do not book this company! Not worth the money... would have been better off cleaning myself

This company has no idea what a quality clean is. Dusting left undone everywhere, bathrooms barely cleaned. I'm thoroughly unimpressed by the clean received through these services. It will take a month to catch up on all of the cleaning missed after a year of employing this company. Do not hire them!

I have had Maidpro in my home for years and have always been happy. Kaycee is my current cleaner and she does a wonderful job!

Sarah and Sherrie were so friendly and considerate while I was working from home. They were efficient and were thoughtful about areas I didn’t even consider cleaning. Looking forward to many more visits!

This company is overpriced and overrated. The girl who answers the phone and calls you to tell you when your cleaners are coming is incredibly rude and obviously hates her job. Waste of $, could not follow simple instructions that were given 3 times. Cleaned the entire basement, was asked to stay out of that floor and clean the upstairs. Did nothing to make it right. Will not hire again, will not recommend.

Shelley has been our lady for many years, if we can't have Shelley we often cancel. She is just awesome and in all the years I've only met her twice but our pets are very thankful she comes to visit every week.

Hey Jeff you have a chance to make things right. One of your employees stole from our house. You offered to refund the cleaning because of it which is great but you already had refunded the cleaning cause they did a poor job as well. You say call the police make a report we would prefer that you call us and make it right and pay us back for what your employee stole from us. I understand business and employees very well. WILL YOU MAKE THIS RIGHT??
