During a few hour cleaning and learning about the checklist, seeing the cleaner (Linnea) work diligently and expertly, I decided to hire her on a biweekly basis. I am impressed with training MaidPro gives it workers which is evident in their skills and attitude. Thank you!

We have used maid pro to clean our home for years. Elle has been our dedicated person for over two years now and she is excellent. She is through, hard working and trustworthy. She is great with our kids and pets. I love coming home to a clean house!

Abby is a very conscientious worker. She arrives promptly and quickly starts cleaning our house, leaving the counters gleaming. We’re so glad when we know she’s coming and is highly recommended.

I wouldn’t recommend maid pro for true deep cleaning. I hired them to clean a newly purchased home. It was before we moved in so the house was totally empty. They sent out a team to clean areas I specifically requested and only did a light cleaning. I sent some photos and asked if they could come back to fix some not cleaned areas/items. They sent someone back at no charge, which was great! But, they didn’t clean the additional areas much so the house was still pretty dirty. Most of the dirty areas were dusting, edging, baseboards, doors, vents. They seemed to clean toilet, sinks and counters fine.

I requested a partial refund which they gave me, and I feel is very fair. The photos attached are after both cleaning crews came out.

I wouldn’t hire for more than a light cleaning.

We have used Maid Pro- Maple Grove for years and we love them! So flexible, professional and they do such a great job. Kelly is very responsive! Highly recommend! Also Alex, our cleaner, is amazing!! Not sure what I’d do without her!!!!

Linnea did a wonderful job, and listened to my requests on special attention to areas of my mom's house. The hardwood floors and cabinets look great, so do the appliances and stairs. Thank you!

I am always happy to see Linnea at my door on cleaning day! She is pleasant and low key. My place is clean when she leaves. My rather unfriendly cat is even happy to see her!

My mom hasn't had a cleaner in years and was nervous about bringing a new person in but Britney was super friendly and did a wonderful job! The bathroom was literally sparkling when she was done with it! We couldn't be more pleased and are excited to have Britney back again!

Olivia cleaned my house last Friday. We met her at the door and she cleaned while we left on a trip. Totally fine with leaving her here and locking up for us. She, as always, did a lovely job and it was a nice treat returning home to a freshly cleaned home.

I love Maid Pro. I’ve been using them for years and have had the best run with Alex. She does an incredibly thorough job cleaning our home. It is such a delight to have her in our home and start the weekend with a fresh smelling and spotless house. I have high expectations for what constitutes clean. Bathrooms, kitchen and floors are my priority areas and they are always cleaned to my satisfaction with Alex. I’m a super busy working mom and I couldn’t do what I do and maintain my sanity without the help of Maid Pro and Alex.

I'm really please with the work Jimmy does on my home. I've been using MaidPro for about 6 months now. He's very detailed, diligent, and friendly. I have pets so the floors can get pretty dirty, but he is a pro at getting them cleaned up the way I like. As a bonus, he'll leave a welcome mint.

Olivia and Bailey cleaned everything we expected them to and some things we didn't. They couldn't have been more thorough. Some areas, like under furniture, hadn't been cleaned for three years, and they got it all. They were prompt, professional, fast, and courteous. Will definitely use MaidPro again!
