Ken & Jill are great to work with. Ken is hard working professional. I was happy with everything he did. It was a large job and he did everything he said he would. Quality products and great service.

I've been doing business with Ken and Jill from Knight Heating and Air for year, and honesty this review is long overdue.
Their professionalism and quality are 2nd to none. Over the years, I've had Ken install 3 AC units (at different houses), furnace replacement, pool heater, home humidifier, and a garage heater.
So stop reading the reviews and shopping around. Just call Jill and schedule it. You won't be disappointed.

THEY SAVED THE DAY!
Our AC went out on our new house right as we moved in, every new homeowners worst nightmare. The next week was supposed to be in the high 90’s. We needed someone to come out quick and they were able to get to us in record fast timing. Great service and pricing. Knights will continue to be my go to from here on out.

Very happy with and highly recommend Ken and Jill at Knight Heating & Air Conditioning, their work replacing our furnace and central air conditioner back in May 2020 was second to none.

I had a pretty good idea what I wanted, but Ken suggested going down a level on the air conditioner, saying it would easily do the job for our house and it was a better value. After a long hot summer Ken was shown to be absolutely correct. Now in October, we’ve used the furnace a bit and it’s working great too.

When the city inspector came out to inspect the install, I commented that I thought Ken had done quality work. The inspector agreed, saying if all the installations were this good his job would be much easier.

Jill was quick to answer any questions we had and handled the paper work and rebate forms for us. Much appreciated.

Ken did an excellent job of replacing our 25 year old furnace, relocating the new furnace into the utility room, adding a return air drop, installing duct work throughout our entire house, and relocating the heat pump. (Previous home owners had switched from baseboard heat to forced air, but didn’t install any duct work. They also had the old furnace installed in the middle of a hallway.)
It was not an easy task to run new duct work in a finished home, especially with our unusual basement layout. Ken took the time to really listen to us and everything turned out wonderfully! He was very kind, courteous, professional, and extremely hardworking! We highly recommend Knight Heating and Air Conditioning, and we will be calling them for all of our HVAC needs.

If you need a new furnace call these guys!! They are organized, accomodating, reasonably priced and get the job done in a timely manner. Our heat exchanger cracked and they were able to come out the day we called them to get a new furnace in. Highly recommend!!

The owner Ken is awesome! I can always trust that he is being honest. He does excellent work at a fair price. He installed my A.C. And has done numerous Furnaces for people I know. All of which operate and run very well. I have zero complaints. I'd rather not go anywhere else.

They were able to fit me in with a days' notice and once here determined it was a user error that was causing the A/C to not work properly. The Technician Ken was very respectful and helpful.

Ken is a great guy and very knowledgeable when it comes furnace and ducting issues. Very punctual, cleaned the work area when he was done, and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend Knights heating and air conditioning to anyone.

We couldn’t be happier with our new furnace and AC system purchased from Knight Heating and Air Conditioning. When our previous system failed within two weeks of being repaired by another company, we contacted three Trane dealers for quotes. Knight Heating and Air Conditioning was easily the most responsive, knowledgeable, and easiest to work with of the three. Their pricing was fair and the quality of the installation was top notch. Jill took care of the scheduling and all the paperwork including submitting the rebate forms to Xcel Energy and was a pleasure to deal with. Ken answered all our questions and made recommendations based on our needs and not on selling the highest priced system. The installation went very quickly with no problems and when Ken left you wouldn’t know we had major work done at our house. He even went so far as to re-light the pilot lights on our fireplaces before he left. We would highly recommend Knight Heating and Air Conditioning for any HVAC work you might have.

Ken was extremely professional and helpful ... we wanted our A/C unit moved to a different location and he made it happen. His workmanship was outstanding and he treated our house like it was his own. Thank you Ken and Jill for making our family's comfort your biggest priority.

Ken came over on July 4th to give us a quote for our furnace and AC. Our AC went out one day before my wife went into labor, and when we came home our house was well over 90 degrees Fahrenheit. It was miserable for our newborn. Ken and his son came that Saturday and worked 10 hours to get it finished. They were amazing and very professional. As a contractor myself, I could not have asked for better quality of installation and cleanliness after they finished. I would absolutely recommend them and intend to use them again in the future. Ken is awesome. His wife is extremely friendly and courteous on the phone. Ken came out for my cleaning and immediately discovered cracks in the heat exchanger and showed them to me. Knight heating and cooling did the leg work to find out the exchanger was under warranty instead of trying to sell a new furnace. We ultimately decided to replace the furnace due to his price point and the upgrade from our old furnace. Ken came out and installed it on that SUNDAY! The professionalism and knowledge of Knight Heating and Cooling is unmatched by anyone else. Ken looked everything over and redid things he didnt like relating to the initial install of the original furnace. Ken is very thorough, prompt and his vast knowledge has earned him a customer for life. I highly recommend Knight Heating and Cooling to anyone who wants an honest, knowledgeable and affordable HVAC 'mechanic'.

Ken did an excellent job when he installed
my furnace twelve years ago and has
provided quality service since then.
My furnace shutdown last nite and needed
a new circuit board. Ken diagnosed the problem, hunted down the part, picked it up
and installed it all within a couple hours. Now that is awesome service !!

Great people fast service great prices. Furnace was not operating well so within an hour ken was on his way. Jill is always so friendly when i call. Wouldnt call anyone else.

While having to replace high end items like HVAC is never something enjoyable, I have to say that this company made it as seamless as possible which I appreciate. They are professional, on-time and reasonably priced. The install that Ken did is quality work which is hard to find these days. I would recommend for sure!

Ken and Jill were so great to work with. Jill is an excellent communicator and is extremely organized. Ken is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and just an all around kind guy. This was our first experience with Knight Heating and Air, and we will definitely use them again should the need present. Highly recommend.

Jill & Ken have been amazing! Called for service on my almost 20yr old A/C unit. Ken tried to give it one last life. When that didn't work, he was able to install a new A/C and furnace by the end of the week. They were honest and up front that I didn't have to do the furnace right now and shared information on options if I choose to just do A/C or both.
I would definitely call them again!!
