Ken came out promptly and found the issue immediately! I thought the price was reasonable and he gave me options for a future full replacement but fixed my current issue. He was very knowledgeable and they answered the phone right away! Great customer service!

Jill & Ken are amazing and provided an unbelievable experience when our furnace died in March of 2024 on a Saturday afternoon. I had called several other places when our furnace died and was told by these other companies that no one in the state of Minnesota would come same day and charge less than a $1,000 emergency service fee. This was categorically false and I had a new furnace installed by Ken within hours of calling. The whole experience was so smooth and easy. Can't recommend enough.

On top of performing regular maintenance for me every year or two, I have summoned Ken for a couple of furnace emergencies (including one recently that was late on a Sunday) that turned out to be nothing. In both cases he understood why I sought help and still checked everything to put my mind at ease before leaving. That's A+ service and why I will continue to call when I need anything done at my home, scheduled or otherwise.

He provided us with a variety of options for repair and replacement. We had our air conditioner and furnace replaced in one day. Jill provided the best customer service, she helped us submit our rebates and even provided all the necessary forms needed for a rebate to our service provider. Do NOT look anywhere else! Ken installed an air conditioner at our home in 2006 and 19 years later-it is still running! He also installed a water heater and furnace in 2023 and we have had no issues. Ken has the knowledge and years of experience to do top notch quality work! Ken and Jill go above and beyond to meet the customer’s needs in a timely manner, pick quality products that’ll last and guide you through the estimate/payment process with ease. Call them and schedule an appointment-I can assure you they are the best choice!

He was very professional and the cost was lower than I expected. I decided to try a smaller family-owned business and I'm extremely glad I did.
