I've used Blue Skies Services for many years on my home in Brooklyn Park and commercial properties in Plymouth. Brent and Zach are awesome and I try to personally request them every time.

Where to start. I was promised in my initial quote a team of no less than 2, but most likely 3, cleaners for our first deep clean. We received a list of things that would be cleaned, the price was reasonable, so we went ahead and booked. The day they were scheduled to arrive we were surprised to only have one cleaner show up at our door. She was very friendly, but we had a 3 bedroom, 2 living room, bathroom and a kitchen scheduled to be cleaned. We stayed in our basement to be out of the way, but after four and half hours, we were worried something had happened. She told me she was finishing up and left at the five hour mark.

Upon just a visible inspection it was clear she hadn't touched the baseboards, blinds, or ceiling corners, all guaranteed in the contract. I called the next day to express my displeasure and to cancel future cleanings. They vowed to make it right. We were selling our house and needed it cleaned ASAP for an open house, so they said a team would be back in two days. Great, everyone has a bad day. This time a team of two showed up, did an okay job, but left cleaning supplies behind sitting on the furniture.

We had to be out of our house for the realtor to do showings, but the next morning when I prepared to leave I realized my new $300 smart watch and charger had gone missing. I immediately called the company and was passed to Dan for resolution. He promised me it would be taken care of but asked if I'd do a police report first. Sure thing. That was January. We've talked maybe three times since then and I was promised each time I'd be taken care of. It is now April and I've come to terms that I was taken for a ride and won't be seeing my money or watch again.

I would take a hard pass on this company unless you're down for mediocre cleaning, crappy customer service, and stolen goods.

Would suggest this maid service to any and everyone! I didn't know my floors could be so spotless.... BlueSkies does drug and background testing on all employees and clearly selects their employees very carefully - which is good. I know I can leave a key in a hidden spot, leave for work, and when I come home, the place will sparkle.

Great experience purchasing a gift card for my mother for Mother's Day. Straight forward online bidding and service offering UI on website. Even better customer service. Spoke to Nick and he answered my questions and validated my parents address for service area coverage. Great personable service so far and I expect the same will be present when the service is delivered. Thanks Nick!

Andrew did a very quick, courteous, and efficient service for my gutter cleaning! He checked with me before the service to make sure the price was right, offered to check out some other issues for me, and even went the extra mile to remove old christmas light clips that may cause a future problem. Jae and Alyssia cleaned for me today and did an AWESOME job. I have a large home, and they worked nonstop to get everything done to my satisfaction. They're friendly, professional, polite and meticulous in their cleaning. Couldn't be happier!
