Every year we get our carpet and some furniture cleaned! We have 2 dogs that shed so we need to! And every year , we come home to brand new carpet and freshness! Jim and Paul were in and out in no time at all and our living room furniture looked good as new! They were friendly, professional, and stuck to the pricing they quoted us even after they saw a couple new stains that could use treatment. 10/10 experience.

Paul and Dominic spent 5 hours this week cleaning every carpet on 2 floors of her home as well as area rugs and upholstery! Paul discussed with us everything they planned to do and how they would do it. He was very careful to ask questions before moving something, and afterwards he pointed out particular spots or stains they had worked on. They even came back 3 days later to remove the protective blocks they had put under furniture legs!

Jim and Paul are the best and if you're not using them, you're making the wrong decision. They are friendly, professional, and thorough. The best part is the owners are the ones doing the work, not some apathetic employee who's just trying to collect a paycheck.

We have had A-Plus clean our carpets a couple of times. They are very professional, on time and the carpet looks great. They even move the heavy furniture around for you. I would highly recommend them.

We were super happy with their carpet cleaning services and honesty about whether or not to do additional upholstery cleaning. It took a day and a half to really dry and then it fluffed up beautifully when I vacuumed. I requested no scent and they were able to abide. Will definitely have them back for downstairs carpet cleaning.

Jim and Paul were amazing! So personable and easy to connect with, very attentive. We had some difficult areas of the carpet, as we have 3 dogs, and I'm very happy with the results. They provided some good tips about maintenance. Also they cleaned carpets, area rugs, stairs, and a recliner, moving furniture as needed. They were on time, did what they said they would do, and were super efficient! I'm including before/after photos of one area where we had a rug by the patio door. I saved their number in my phone for the future reference. I will definitely use them again!

We worked with Paul for a cleaning of our entire home. We were so pleased with his professionalism and responsiveness.
