Excellent service! So far I have had Joe and Steve here and they have been on time, respectful, educational, and just plain old kind people. I really appreciated the text updates and even a picture of the person coming before they arrive.

We have had several issues with our furnace and several companies come out to fix it. Home Energy Heating and Cooling is by far the BEST company we had. They installed our new Carrier furnace for us which was very affordable.They are always on time, very curious employees. I wouldn't call anyone else. Thank you!

Excellent Service. Kevin was a great salesman. He knows how to work it! Matt and Tracy were very professional and great at explaining every of the many questions I had. This time was a new high-efficiency furnace and Heat pump. Once again, Home Energy Rates an A+ from us.

I received a furnace inspection and Black Friday promotion which was honored after Christmas for less than $9. I was very satisfied. Technician was thorough and professional. Asked if I had questions from the beginning, walked though what he discovered. Great customer service and service. I had no idea where my filter was located. Just need into a new home.

I responded to a special promo at the Minnesota State Fair from Home Energy Heating and Cooling and honestly did not expect much. I was very pleasantly surprised by Charlie Yang the tech that showed up, the service that was provided, and the price that was charged. I won't hesitate to make Home Energy my future go to company for HVAC maintenance and repair and plastered their sticker on my duct work for future reference. I won't hesitate to refer friends and family in the future

They are extremely thorough with excellent customer service. My technician, Joe Larson, did a great job running me through what I needed and how to solve my issues. He wanted to make sure when he left we were very satisfied.

Excellent service, Steve Cupps went above and beyond. Furnace circuit board gave out in the middle of Winter, even though it was late in the evening, he went out and got the part and helped others along the way. Excellent service, great attitude, an exemplar of his service. Here's to you my guy!

Joe was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He installed a replacement humidifier system and left everything in good, clean condition. My only disappointment was that I was told that the new system would include an outside thermometer to adjust the humidity setting automatically, but Joe said that was not possible and that the price was the same.

Brady did a great job of coming out and helping us get a new furnace! The team that did the installation was professional, efficient, and personable. Highly recommended Home Energy Center!

I had a great experience using Home Energy Center for my HVAC issues. Very nice and professional company that doesn’t charge you a huge premium to solve your issues. This company is one of the good ones.

Our technician, Keng, and Princeton (?) his fellow technician, did a great job and were very friendly and business-like while they were here. Keng made sure we understood how to operate the equipment and were satisfied and all questions answered before they left this afternoon. I do recommend this company.

Technician was great and kind. Felt pushed by the initial salesman. Unsatisfied with company communication, including not providing us with permit numbers or inspection documents as well as not installing all parts we were promised/ signed off on. No communication on any of these things - had to be initiated by me as the customer. Our floors were left with hazardous debris after installation as well. Happy with our new furnace and AC but disappointed in these other aspects.

The guys were both very nice and made sure to fully answer any questions I had. The electrician couldn’t come out the same day as the install team and they were very apologetic about it and made sure I was still satisfied with the work. Would definitely recommend the team to anyone

Tracy, Matthew, and Dave were able to replace my ancient (25 year old) HVAC system with a new one in half a day, despite small challenges. They were extremely knowledgeable and capable of explaining the new hardware and software in easily understandable language. Additional shout out to Kevin, who paid attention to my house's needs while respecting budget, and got this set up for the next day. And all four if them are paragons of "Minnesota nice". I'll be sticking with their company.

Had them replace a part in my gas fireplace. The technician Steve was fantastic. Very nice and knowledgeable. Very clean and did not leave a mess. I would definitely use Steve and this company again. Only thing is they need to find a faster supplier for their parts.

Our HVAC system was over 20 years old and not very energy efficient at all. We requested bids from several hearing and A/C contractors in the Metro area and Home Energy Heating and Cooling stood out to us because he was very knowledgeable about their systems, easily answered all of our questions and, after we purchased a new system, they were able to work around our busy schedule and get the new system installed within a week of signing. And they were also very knowledgeable with all the available rebate programs and even completed and filled the necessary paperwork for us.

Very happy with the service I received from Austin Love and two other associates when they installed my new furnace. The anticipated arrival time was between 7-8 a.m. and Austin knocked on my door promptly at 7:00! All of them worked quickly and efficiently and were basically done in 2.5 hours. I was also pleased with their clean up following the installation. Absolutely no indication they had been there except for the new furnace in the basement and new thermostat in my living room! Great job!

Steve showed up on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. My Reznor garage heater is now in excellent working condition. I am very satisfied with the service.

This company did a great job from beginning to end! They sent texts along with a picture of the technician prior to him arriving, and customer service followed up every step of the way. Austin was courteous, very professional, and explained everything in the process of installing our new furnace and AC. I couldn't be happier Austin and his crew, along with this company!

Truly skilled at solving my issues and problems, and by problems I mean no heat in the cold with a baby at home! He worked his magic and got the job done fast but even more importantly it was done correctly. I would 100% recommend Brady and home energy! Thank you guys!
