Had furnace replaced 4 yrs ago and more recently AC. Very dependable, friendly service, fair pricing.

He is, in my opinion, the best in town. Always there for his customers. Even one freezing New Years Eve for several hours. He's just the best.

Zimmer Heating and cooling is a great company to use. They stand behind the products they install for 12 years. It is nice to know you can call and Ziemer will show up and fix it quickly.

Workling with John Zeimer was a wonderful experience. He is responsive and conscientious in his work. He extended himself in the time of my need and worked diligently in replacing my furnance in the dead of winter. I believe he will treat all his customers in the same way he treated me. I believe he can be counted upon to keep his word and he is very trustworthy. I reccommend him without reservations.

Can't go wrong with John and his son. They are honest with which product fits your needs and budget. All their products are good quality with a great warranty. They are timely and professional answering any questions you may have.

I had a very quick response from John, called him Monday morning, new furnace was installed & finished work on Wednesday morning. Very neat and tidy work from John and Spencer! I highly recommend them!

He was everything you could ask for and more when it comes to a repair service etc. Beyond professional. Very rare to have a serviceman come to your house and an hour later realize your still talking and enjoying his company. Also was way cheaper then ANYONE around and does exactly what they would of done and replaced broken part with the same part they would of used. He’s been in business for 30 plus years for a reason! Ziemer Heating and Cooling installed a Rheem modulating furnace and AC for me. I felt that the price was good, and everything about the installation went great.

I was particularly impressed that they were able to run the coolant lines through the ceiling of my finished basement, without tearing out any sheetrock... there were some obstacles to contend with.

The Rheem equipment seems to be well made and both the furnace and AC are surprisingly quiet. My old AC was an antique that was barely working, so I'll be saving a lot on my summer cooling bills. This will also give my home value a boost.

Thanks to Ziemer for making the time to come and see my ac and furnace issue. Even though it was a bad breaker it was great to get a quick house all! Thanks. I am so impressed with the service companies around Red Wing!

When our furnace went down in sub-freezing temperatures John wasted no time in getting us up and running. The fix was temporary until a new furnace arrived the following day which was installed the same day. The new furnace recommended by John is operating like a champ and because of its efficiency it will be saving us major dollars in energy cost plus a $300.00 rebate from Xcel Energy is a nice bonus. The only complaint I have is not with Ziemer Heating and Cooling but with the Home Warranty Company I had, America's First Choice, which would only pay $150.00 towards a new furnace. I dropped them and demanded all monthly premiums be refunded and was refunded the next day. Highly recommend Ziemer and do not recommend a Home Warranty Company as they are all crooks.

As usual a fantastic service, they were able to get us in at short notice, are always polite and thorough, we will always call Ziemer for our Heating & Cooling needs!
