John did an amazing job not only suggesting the new Friedrich heat pump, but also did an excellent job installing the unit earlier today. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Ziemer Heating and Cooling is absolutely the best hands down. I have called John Ziemer for an emergency repair during the winter and he was here within 30 minutes, had me up and running right away. Service with a smile is true with this company. I recently replaced my 20 yr old furnace with a new energy efficient unit from Ziemer's and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this company to my own Mother they are that good.

John and his son replaced my air exchange system. I cannot say enough about how easy they are to work with. They were very timely and professional. They explained the problems with my air exchange and offered me a viable solution. I had contacted another heating company and they gave me an estimate that was almost twice as much as Ziemer's. I would definitely, definitely call Ziemer's first next time. They are the BEST!!

John & Spencer are great to work with, they are prompt, polite and go the extra mile at very reasonable rates. They recently saved our bacon when the fan in our almost 20 year old Trane gave up the ghost during this extremely hot summer and they were able to get us back up and running quickly. I would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

John and his team have consistently been trustworthy, accountable, and quick to respond. His services have been dependable and prices have been reasonable. Recently we had a complicated situation when we were selling our home and our 20-year-old furnace needed to be replaced. John was incredibly accommodating and flexible to help us make things happen. John responded very quickly when I needed a quote on an Ac and a furnace. I used this service cause they were recommended to me by many people and so I finally decided to get an Ac unit in my trailer home and when I did that I had to get a new furnace cause the one I had was not working the best. John and Spencer did a very good job and he responded very quickly when I had questions about anything. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone they are very reasonablely priced and are very nice people.

We bought our house over 20 years ago, and got a heater that had been installed by Ziemer. We have had a few minor issues with it over the years, as all things degrade over time. But for the most part, we have not needed their services much at all. We finally needed to replace our heater, and chose to go with them, mainly because they have been great to work with these many years. I do not know them well, nor have lots of great stories to say about them, which is probably as good a review as I can give for people in their profession. They do good enough jobs that, after 20 years of using them, I still have a hard time recognizing them. But, they know us, which is impressive.

John took time out of his weekend to come and check out why our carbon monoxide alarms had been going off and found it was something with our furnace. He was very thorough with his inspection, honest, and gave us our options. John was over Saturday morning to inspect our system, and back again as soon as early Monday morning with Spencer to install our furnace! John and Spencer did excellent work and are very kind people! They really value their work and the people they are working for. I would recommend them to anyone!

Our furnace went out and we were concerned because the weather was going to be below zero in a couple of days. Made a call to John Ziemer Heating and got a quick response. He came and diagmosed the problem and repaired our furnace and now we have heat. We highly recommend John. Thank you John!

John and Spencer put in our new Central Air last week. Very knowledgeable and awesome to work with. If you want top notch service this is the company. John always returns calls and also put in our new Furnace a year ago. Very satisfied and highly recommend!!!! Thanks again !!!

John was responded quickly when I contacted him to get an estimate for a new furnace and central air unit. We got estimates from 3 companies and Ziemer was by far the best deal.

Once we decided on Ziemer and let him know his response was quick and installation happened within just a few days. John and Spencer were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned our vents and duct work, removed the old furnace and central air, installed our new furnace and central air and double checked everything and showed us how it all worked. This was done over a two day period and very little was required from us.

I was very comfortable with both gentleman and impressed with all parts of their service. I would highly recommend Ziemer Heating and Cooling to anyone that has HVAC issues.

John was very responsive and professional. Our furnace had stopped blowing warm air on the coldest night in the winter and he promptly came out and fixed it, and he informed us it wouldn't last through the next winter. Come spring time he helped us pick out a new furnace and AC too since we didn't have central air. He was very informative and even helped refer us to someone with the financial aspect of it. His son, Spencer, was also very professional and great to work with. Highly recommend them. Our house feels great now!

John Ziemer provides amazing service-my air quit in the night (6-21-2025) on the hottest Minnesota summer day and he responded within an hour and got me up and running again-always pleasant and reliable-I have recommended him for many years-he never fails!!!!

We got a new heat pump and furnace from Ziemer Heating & Cooling. John was extremely helpful throughout the process. He came over to our house multiple times before the installation to go over details, answer questions we had, etc. A few other workers did the installation and they were also very professional and helpful. Highly recommend!

John was so helpful in determining that, as well as getting us set up for both tax and energy rebates to keep costs reasonable. Our new heat pump and AC unit work perfectly. We enjoyed a very positive experience with Ziemer Heating & Cooling recently. Our 30 yr old a/c unit died right before the humid summer weather approached. John was very helpful with a quick installation date due to a health matter. John and Spencer were wonderful to work with, very professional and friendly. We had a very good experience.
