The team did an excellent job. Due to staffing there was a need to reschedule which was handled well. The day of the appointment the team was running late which was a bit frustrating. Overall very happy!

They did not even get a regular clean done and missed most areas. The swifter duster they use was so dirty from before that they used and made it worse. I can't believe what a ripoff and neither spoke English. I will not waste my money again with this company!

I am so glad I found Deep Cleaners. Their cleaning exceeded my expectations. They were thorough and very detailed in their cleaning. The two people who came were a pleasure to have in my home.

Reuben and Rosa, The Deeper Cleaning team of two, were thorough and efficient. They cleaned all of the areas requested including spots I sometimes neglect. They were careful with their equipment and the house looked great when they were done.

We bought a Groupon for these cleaners. They have been impossible to communicate with. I gave them my address in my opening email to them. We finally set up a date for them to clean and we asked them to confirm. They replied “confirm.” However then they canceled. They claimed it was because they didn’t get our address in time (this was several days before the appointment). They had the address in my email. They could have given us a heads up that they needed our address or they were going to cancel.

They then gave us a time on a different day. We had previously told them that time of day was too early for us.

We asked for a refund and they told us they would give us a refund. We have a text proving that they agreed to a refund.

However, when I contacted Groupon, Deepers Cleaning refused to give us a refund and they represented us inaccurately to Groupon.

BEWARE..First off owner and cleaners could not speak or understand much english. I contracted for deep cleaning move out including walls, ceilings, fixtures, vents, fireplace windows Only thing done was inside windows.
I had to go outside and wash outside windows. I sent them home after a couple hours and over 200 dollars. They were washing my dishes. Said no to ceiling and walls when they arrived, and would charge for cleaning outside of windows.

The two cleaners who cleaned my home, Angela and Rosa, were very professional and very nice! They did a great job and overall I felt I received a very solid value for the cleaning services provided. I would use again and recommend to others.

I had contacted Deepers Cleaning because I saw the Groupon online. I was willing to pay them directly. I had an appointment set up and even verified it with them a few days before. No one showed up, no one called or texted to tell me they weren’t coming. I sent a text message just to see if anybody was gonna show up and no response. I even have an I even have a confirmation email from them saying that we had an appt?! Unfortunately this was a really bad experience and I’m not sure what happened. I would say they are very unreliable company.

Hello! Rosa and Rueben did a good job cleaning my home. They both were very friendly and pleasant with great attitudes. They were on-time and stayed on-task until the job was done. I paid for 2 cleaners for 3 hours in advance. It took 3 weeks for them to respond and schedule the cleaning. I took time off work to be at the house and they never showed up. No call no show and now they don’t respond to calls or emails. They took my money and disappeared. Buyer beware!

From booking the appointment to the end of our cleaning, the service was top notch and very professional.

We had asked our two cleaners to dust, clean three bathrooms, vacuum the house and mop hard floor surfaces. We purchased the package for two cleaners for three hours.

The bathrooms and kitchen were really my worst spots, and they made it look like when I moved in again. Will definitely be using them again!

I wanted to provide my experience along with some Feedback. My feedback won’t influence the stars because overall, the cleaning was superb!

They were flexible and responsive. I reached out regarding a Groupon and they matched the price and fit me in NEXT DAY! I was already impressed.

I wasn’t introduced so I don’t know their names. They seemed nice, but my first impression is that they were disappointed by some expectations they might’ve had. I booked a 3hr cleaning and within a few minutes of showing them around the house, one lady did a “tisk tisk” sound and said they had to call their manager. I was confused because I literally spent 2 hours cleaning everything off the floors and surface so they would not have to pick much up or clean around things. It honestly made me feel a little uncomfortable and embarrassed because they started talking to each other in Spanish instead of talking to me.

Sure enough, I was told they need 4 hours which was totally fine by me! I don’t blame them, my house is big and if that means they are able to do a more adequate job, then I can agree with that. Though the pricing is weird because for the amount it costed for 4 hours, It was almost the same price as if I would book two 3 hours. So essentially 6 hours for almost the price of 4. But that doesn’t matter anymore. Just thought it was strange.

I have to agree with another person’s review regarding dusting the duster they used was pretty dirty and there were a lot of missed spots on ledges. But then again, they had a lot of surface to clean in a short amount of time.

NOW THE GOOD STUFF! Out of all the cleaners I’ve had, they were by far the best. They were efficient, stayed on task and cleaned more than my expectations. They did the shower, stairs, and really focused on my laundry room which I said was something I really needed clean. My husband and I are very impressed with how much they accomplished within 4 hours.

I would absolutely book with them again. I have no regrets and really appreciate the next day appointment.
