A big Shout out Collin. A Few days ago, our Samsung Dryer stopped heating. We had purchased it a few years ago from Home Depot. I had contacted Allstate claims via Home Depot appliances and was able to have a claim submitted to have it repaired while on the phone they provided me this company to be the ones that would come through and Repair. We were put on the schedule immediately for a few days afterwards considering that might need parts. We were very impressed to see that Omega Force ordered parts for the dryer and had them shipped directly to the house prior to our appointment that was already scheduled.

They also were great with communication through text to let us know about the appointment, who the technician was, Parts were on order even up to pretty much 20 minutes prior to him arriving.

Collin was Amazing. Very polite, very professional and very knowledgeable. We are very impressed from beginning to end. Thank you so very much. We highly recommend going through them.

The repair person was very respectful and friendly, and did a great job listening to my issue. He repaired the machine quickly, and helped to clean up upon completion. Great service!

The technician showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, and have a timeline for repair. Once parts arrived, within the timeframe estimated by the technician, he showed back up to repair my freezer. His repairs were made in a factory fashion with joints soldered to prevent leaks in the future. Freezer is back up and running!

Collin with Omega Force came out to repair our dryer. He was fast, efficient, and friendly the whole time, and showed me what he was doing and what he was replacing. Not only is the dryer working great, I'm left with a better understanding of how the dryer works overall!
He also told me the price up front, which was what I expected for appliance repairs. I'll call them next time one of our appliances breaks down.

Had three visits from Omega to repair an issue on our dishwasher. They were sent for warranty work from Costco. At the first visit, one of the original issues was fixed but the tech installed the washer crooked with one side sticking out half an inch farther than the other. My wife pointed it out and he refused to fix it telling her it had always been that way. After he left, the dishwasher continued to leak so I called back. I explained the three things that were wrong very clearly to the office. Tech showed up with no notes and had no idea why he was there. He had to order everything making the second visit a complete waste. During the second visit the tech said he’d need to bring some wood to ensure the dishwasher would be installed straight and correct.
During the third visit the parts were replaced and the dishwasher was installed straight. At dinner we went to open our drawer next to the dishwasher to get silverware and the tech had drilled the screw into the drawer damaging it and making it so we couldn’t open the drawer.

Over all I’m disappointed in the way my wife was treated by the first tech, the lack of communication from the office to the tech for the second visit completely wasting everyone’s time and the lack of professionalism on the third visit. The company knew what they needed to install it correctly and instead took a short cut and damaged my cabinet.

Second person out two companies. No consideration that I cant leave. Our humanity is gone. It's still doing the same thing. And other issues go unresolved. GE is the same way. They just don't care. Less than a year old not fixed . A Manager reached out. And is sending someone else out. He was polite and very fair.

Collin was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed the issue with our freezer and had it fixed in no time. Not only was he knowledgeable, and efficient, but he also has quite the sense of humor—which made the whole experience that much better. We really appreciated how fast and smooth the process was. The reviews about this company must be fake because this is got to be the poorest run company I have ever dealt with. First Monday no call no show, called and rescheduled for Wednesday morning call no show. Called to schedule Wednesday for Thursday no call no show. Received an appointment for Friday when I won’t even be home through some system and had to call a fourth time just to cancel this. Also they changed the Friday schedule from morning to afternoon before I could even cancel it. What the hell? I can’t imagine ok the only person to deal with this situation. I hope more people speak up. It’s clear to me they’ve spoofed their google reviews.
