A big Shout out Collin. A Few days ago, our Samsung Dryer stopped heating. We had purchased it a few years ago from Home Depot. I had contacted Allstate claims via Home Depot appliances and was able to have a claim submitted to have it repaired while on the phone they provided me this company to be the ones that would come through and Repair. We were put on the schedule immediately for a few days afterwards considering that might need parts. We were very impressed to see that Omega Force ordered parts for the dryer and had them shipped directly to the house prior to our appointment that was already scheduled. They also were great with communication through text to let us know about the appointment, who the technician was, Parts were on order even up to pretty much 20 minutes prior to him arriving. Collin was Amazing. Very polite, very professional and very knowledgeable. We are very impressed from beginning to end. Thank you so very much. We highly recommend going through them.
