My husband and I were very pleased with how our living room carpet and steps turned out. The owner was very friendly and informative regarding future carpet care. We would definitely use this company again!!

Jeammy did an excellent job from start to finish! He was very friendly and professional and he communicated clearly so we knew how the process would go. He arrived right on time for the work. He took time to answer our questions and made sure we knew what to expect. Our carpets look amazing! Our very dirty entry rug looks brand new now. I would highly recommend him and we will definitely use his services again in the future.

Great company and service. We needed a Couch and Love Seat cleaned, JM did a great job. The two items look new again. And he was affordable!

Highly recommended!

Jeammy cleaned the carpets and rugs in our house. He did an incredible job! He is the business owner and takes pride in doing a great job. He cares about what happens after he leaves and asks you to call back if you see any problems so he can fix them. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Excellent communication both prior to and during carpet cleaning job. They take pride in trying to make the carpet look like new and not focused on getting in and out quickly, Would highly recommend Jeammy!

Wow!
We have had many of the "well known" carpet cleaning companies in our home over the years and have never been completely satisfied with the outcome. This time we chose to go with JM Carpet Cleaning. Jeammy brought back to life the same carpet that all the other companies couldn't seem to do. Jeammy did such a great job that we are putting off the purchase of new carpet. JM Carpet Cleaning will be our only call in the future.

I recently had my upstairs carpet cleaned, and I am extremely satisfied with the service. Jeammy did an outstanding job; the carpet looks, feels, and smells like its new! He was not only highly skilled but also very friendly and personable, making the whole experience very pleasant. He showed up right on time, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this carpet cleaning service to anyone in need of a thorough and professional cleaning. Excellent work!

Excellent communication prior to and during the carpet cleaning. Jeammy was able to make the carpet look almost new and addressed all the difficult areas. Was not in a hurry to get in and out. Very pleased with the outcome!

Jeammy was great! He was professional, fast, and kind! he did a wonderful job on our carpets, would definitely recommend!!

Used JM for both carpet repair and cleaning. Jeammy does an amazing job of getting our carpets clean. He was able to remove tough stains that we couldn't get out. Really nice guy, great communication and service.

Jeammy,

You are a phenomenal business guy that came out and inspected our house fully to make sure that things were all good with our carpet and couch upholstery. You are customer first oriented and it’s a practice that has been forgotten nowadays. We will definitely be using you again in the near future!!

We have used their services several times and it's excellent! Jeammy is great to work with and goes above and beyond. This last time I showed him 2 upholstered chairs that I was told by my past "reputable" carpet cleaner that they tried to clean but couldn't because it was "wear" marks. Jeammy cleaned them up and they look brand new!! Highly recommend!!

My carpets look wonderful!! The man who did it was very nice and professional.I will definitely recommend you to others.

There were no "surprises". The communication was straight forward and respectful. Really appreciated the customer service. I thought the price was extremely reasonable given the amount of surface that was cleaned.

Jeammy did an excellent job with my carpets, which had not been cleaned in at least 6 years. Jeammy cares about his customers. He told me how he cleaned all his hoses before coming over because they got dirty at a previous job. I really appreciated not only Jeammy’s technical skills, but his knowledge about carpet cleaners. He was able to answer all my curiosity questions! Jeammy is easy to talk to and very kind. I highly recommend him!

Prompt, friendly, good price and excellent job. Great response time on the scheduling. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Our carpets are very clean, even though we have a large dog. Thank you for a thorough job!
