From our first phone call to the completion of our electrical service, everything was top notch! Tammy took our call and was very thorough in her explanation. Joe, our electrician was so very friendly and knowledgeable. He was thorough in his diagnostics. When he discovered the issue was smaller than originally thought he was quick to knock off quite a bit from the quoted price for the service. Excellent value! Even greater people providing the service. We will never go back to Genz-Ryan. On Time Service Pros has our business and relentless endorsement from now on!

What a phenomenal company all around. Nate was great to work with, and did excellent work setting up our new ethernet cable. With quality of service like this, I’ll definitely be using the company for HVAC and plumbing when needed too.

Found the company off a google search when we had a breaker that would not stop tripping, even after being replaced. It controlled my children’s room so it was critical to be fixed ASAP. They came in a timely manner and helped me get it fixed. Definitely recommend.

Replaced 4 smoke alarms plus installed a 5th; two of them are combos (smoke*CO). All with sealed batteries and a 10-year lifespan plus a 10- year warranty. He was friendly and very efficient with the work.

Nate has provided exceptional electrical service leading a crew of three to install multiple bedroom wiring along with light fixtures, to troubleshooting a headaches worth of electrical work and completing the days work with 6 new beautiful recess lights on the main floor. This man is top of the class and I would recommend anyone request him personally if they want top notch electrical services

I had a positive ++ experience.
I requested an appointment through their website for same day service, which was a nice surprise. Tyler W was our technician.
Tyler is very personable. He also is great at explaining and showing me the issue.
He identified the issue with the light switch right away and then helped with switching out a light fixture in our master closet. I loved checking ✔️ these items off my 'To Do' list.
On Time Pros was the smoothest/simplest servicing experience and I do highly recommend them.

I got referral from my next door neighbor and signed up on the VIP Maintenance Plan just last week. Kudos and thanks very much to Mr. Douglas Mulgrew. I'm so glad that I did. Mr. Mulgrew won me over with his professionalism by painstakingly checking every electrical outlet, tightening up loose parts, replacing and repositioning all the smoke detectors. I'm a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Mr. Mulgrew and the company he represents.
