We’ve hired The Maids several times for full house cleaning needs: top to bottom, the whole works. They’re always on time, show up with an organized team sized right for the larger jobs, and work quickly - but with care and attention to detail. The owner has stopped out multiple times to check in on the crew/job and always ends up jumping in to help. Not because the work is poor (far from it), but because they care about the workers and providing a top-end service. I’m impressed every time the owner rolls up their sleeves, it demonstrated work ethic, pride and devotion. The cleaning teams show the same traits and it’s apparent that dynamic has been carefully curated.

There may be cheaper options available, but I’ve always been happy to pay The Maids fee - they’re worth it. The proactive communication/transparency saves so much time, while also building trust. I always know I’m getting a great value.

Wonderful company. We had tried three other house cleaning companies that never could keep up the consistency that we experienced on the first clean. I was making my way down the list of companies when I arrived at the website for The Maids. From my initial phone call until our move out clean, the entire staff were so nice and friendly. We mostly had the same team clean our home every other week, so my 3 year old always greeted them at our door. Sure a few things got missed from time to time, but nothing big/major and nothing missed back to back. Exceptional clean, really appreciated the help in maintaining our home!!

The Maids have been cleaning my house for many years. I love when they are done. The house looks and smells clean. Also if my schedule gets out of whack the are always accommodating to reschedule.

I have had THE MAIDS, red team, for cleaning for the last couple of years. They do an excellent job. I never have complaints and sometimes if I want them to do a little something extra, I just have to tell them or leave a note and it’s done. when they’re here, they seem to enjoy their job.
