I’ve known Austin and Ryan from R&A Lawn and Landscape for many years, and their character and work ethic have always stood out. They’re true hardworking entrepreneurs who take pride in everything they do. They came out to my house this past summer in Rosemount for dethatching and lawn fertilizing, and the results were incredible. My yard has never looked healthier or more professionally maintained.

As a retired, architect and contractor, I would give them six stars. If I could incredible work ethic and attention to detail would highly recommend for any projects you might have .went above and beyond my expectations as a professional. Can’t praise these guys too much

They’ve done snow removal at my house multiple times, and they always show up on time, work efficiently, and take pride in doing the job the right way. Even during busy Minnesota snowstorms, they communicate clearly and make sure my driveway and walkways are safe.

Such an amazing experience with this company. They built us a custom paver sidewalk. From the initial site assessment to final product they had amazing communication, and everything was installed to a T how they described. We will be using them again for other projects and highly recommend them!

I have been a customer of Austin’s for 5+ years. Initially starting with snow removal and eventually adding landscaping. They are very responsive, have reasonable lead times, and good pricing. I have a couple of additional projects this summer and will be reaching out to them again! Can’t say enough about the quality of services provided by R&A for the right price.

Needed our driveway cleared of snow following a winter storm the night before. Despite what I am sure must have been a very busy day for them, Austin and Ryan came out the same day we called and did a great job taking care of our driveway. I also found them to be fairly priced, professional, and very easy and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use their services again.

We hired R&A Lawn and Landscape to plant arborvitae in our backyard to create a natural privacy screen from the park. They did an amazing job — the crew was fast, friendly, and affordable, and they cleaned up so well you’d never know they’d been there!

Austin and crew did a fantastic job cleaning up our yard for the Fall. Just so many leaves!!!! I would’ve hated to have tried to rake all those up myself and I would have no idea how many lawn and leaf bags I would’ve went through. thanks for doing such an excellent job, we’re ready to tuck in for the winter.

We had Austin and Ryan come out and redo the worn out and overgrown landscaping in the front and side of the house. Austin did a great job helping us design it and pick the plants and Ryan did a great job making sure that the job was done on time and how we wanted it. We also had them widen the driveway with pavers and it looks amazing.
Their bid was competitive and we were very happy with how everything looks. I am going to have them out next summer to try and get my lawn back in shape.

We had the privilege of working with R&A on a backyard transformation last summer. They completed a paver patio, new drainage system, sod, and a rock garden to compliment the patio. Ryan and Austin are amazing to work with as is their entire team. They gave great suggestions on the design and color of the pavers to achieve the goal we were looking for all while keeping us within our desired budget. We could not be happier with the work they did and look forward to working with them on many future projects!

I had an outstanding experience with Ristau Property Maintenance. I was in the middle of a job right down the road when our skid-steer operator canceled on us at the last minute, which could have easily set the entire project back.
Without hesitation, Brandon stepped in, dropped what he was doing, and offered his help. His willingness to go out of his way to assist on such short notice speaks volumes about his professionalism, reliability, and character.
Not only did he help keep the job on track, but the quality of work and efficiency exceeded expectations. It’s not often you come across people who genuinely care about helping others succeed, especially in this line of work.
