Santanni built our home 21 years ago and also just recently did remodeling and painting for us. Their work is outstanding and they have great value in all they do. Quality work...the best.

Scott was personally and intimately involved with the entire project, beginning to end. The quality, workmanship, attention to detail, and communication were fantastic. We are very excited to get another project started with Scott and his team.

Santanni Custom Homes is a well run machine from the owner to the sub-contractors, quality comes first. The team approach they take during the walkthrough ensures there are no surprises from the sub-contractors and Scott goes out of his way to keep everyone is in the loop during the course of the project. The craftsmanship is top notch and the little extra detail thoughts put into the design gives the project a truly custom look. It is clear that everyone on the jobsite takes pride in what they do and it shines through in a quality first result that stands the test of time.

Santanni has completed two large projects and two smaller projects on our home. They renovated our midcentury home that had been essentially untouched since being built in 1961. It was a massive undertaking - we took the interior down to the studs. They were able to maintain the character of the home, but with added functionality and updated style. They delivered on time and on budget and we really enjoyed working with the crew. We love our home and it has held up extremely well 5 years later - thanks to their careful and thoughtful work. The other large project was an addition of a large deck with a hot tub that integrates into our very "period" (subtext: cool but difficult to work with) home. They were patient with us when we didn't quite have answers to some design questions, providing useful suggestions that proved to be aesthetically pleasing and functional. The two smaller projects were a bathroom build out and a sensitive roof repair that threatened the integrity of our house design... they were able to repair it without jeopardizing the integrity of our home's midcentury style. Thank you team Santanni!

We had a major stem to stern main floor and kitchen remodel. Santanni did a great job keeping us updated on schedule and cost and delivered superb quality work. His team of subs was truly a 'team' working closely and efficiently with each other. created great synergy. we are thrilled with the finished product. Would recommend or hire Santanni again in a heartbeat.
